Chat service very good although took quite a long time to get all info I needed - however I did need quite a lot!
Biggest shock was cost of consumables and then to find VAT added on top - nearly had a heart attack and needed another mortgage!! Went with Xerographic as against other options because said next day delivery and that was vital. Awaiting delivery today.
Still hopefully not need more any time soon.

Ordered an item that was showing as in…
Ordered an item that was showing as in stock. Received an email saying that they could not find said item and that my money had been refunded on the 28th February, this refund is still not showing up (7th March) and would have done so if it had been refunded. Emailed company yesterday, email was ignored. I have now updated review as refund has now been received, but only after review was posted. I for one will not use them again, very disappointed. As for their excuse I can assure you that a refund ALWAYS shows up within 3 working days of being processed. Had they replied to my email then the original review would not have been necessary.
