TO SAY THIS COMPANY AND PRODUCT SUXS WOULD BE LIKE GIVING IT FIVE STARS AND IT NEVER EVEN WORKED!!!! , THE PRODUCT ITS SELF AT TOPS A THREE DOLLAR PIECE OF EQUIPMENT[TRASH] YOUR RINGING IS NOT GOING AWAY . IM JUST GLAD I DIDNT ORDER THE EXTRAS THAT SAID , ITS EIGHTEEN DOLLARS TO RETURN IT THROUGH UPS , ACTUAL COST SIX DOLLARS BUT THEY WILL NOT PROCESS A REFUND UNLESS TO PAY THERE SHIPPING COST. SO ONCE AGAIN YOUR BEING HUSSTLED SO KEEP YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOUR EARS ARE STILL GOING TO RING AND YOUR GOING TO BE OUT SIXTY DOLLARS ON THE CHEEP SIDE. IF ANY COMPANY DESERVED TO BE SHUT DOWN BECAUSE IT WAS A COMPLETE CON JOB THEN THIS IS THE ONE. THIS IS THE KINDEST REVIEW PRINTABLE THAT I COULD POSSIBLY LEAVE .

Like many other consumers, so desperate to eliminate the 24/7 ringing, I purchased this product. The product took 4 weeks for delivery. After the unit charged for several hours, I turned it on. The only noticeable thing was that it lit up for about a minute. Then,it shut off by itself. I requested a refund. In this process I received a return label, which I had to pay an additional $15.27 for. Yes, the purchased amount was processed, but the fee to return the product was NOT refunded.

I keep getting emails about this tinnitus device, but almost a month has elapsed since I ordered it. Every day, there’s a new email from this company extolling the benefits of this magical cure for the ringing in my ears. If I don’t have the damned thing in my possession, how am I supposed to evaluate it? So stop sending me emails until you get a notice from your shipping company that it has been selected.

Pacemaker? DON'T BUY! I ordered a Tinnito online from their Instagram ad. Nowhere in the ad were any contraindications listed. Until the until reached me, I was unaware the my pacemaker prevented me from using the device. Now the company wants to charge me a third of the purchase price to send it back. Unacceptable.

The Tinnito device does not work and had no impact on my long term tinnitus and they slip in a VIP membership free trial that coverts to a monthly fee of $29.99. Don't buy this product!!!!!!

Once I received the item, I tried all the different areas mentioned and shown in the insert - none of them did a thing for my tinnitus. Also, as mentioned in other reviews I began being charged a $29.99 monthly subscription that I did not agree to. Luckily I was able to cancel on their website

Product doesn't work at all, totally worthless. And just like the other reviewer, they started charging $29.99/month for some service that I swear I never agreed to.

Do NOT buy from this company!!!Product didn’t work at all on my Tinnitus. When I tried contacting them to see how to exactly use the product, I got no response. The picture showed putting it in the ear, then somewhere else it said to hit the nerve behind the ear. Also, after paying for the worthless pen, I was charged a random $47 charge for I don’t know what, then I was charged $29.99, then the next month I was charged another $29.99. Tried to contact the company several times with no response. I think the $29.99 charges were a subscription charge-Never was I aware of a subscription! They just kept charging away!!! I finally got my bank involved.
