Well I feel stupid

Well I feel stupid. I got xfinity mobile because I was looking for cost savings on my bill. I had Xfinity cable and Verizon Mobile. It was all working well until I changed. I took my phone lines to Xfinity. Three of my 4 phones worked right away. The SIM Card didnt arrive for phone 4. I went to the store and asked for a SIM. They wouldnt provide it. I waited 5 more days and went back to the store. The kid at the store screamed at me and threatened me with violence. I called the sales VP and we had it fixed the next day. Now after I got the service up and running I now drop over 50% of my calls. The service is terrible. We are in process of taking all services to Verizon. It was not a good experience.

I finally got my iPhone trade in…

I finally got my iPhone trade in resolved with the help of Xfinity Mobile Executive Resolutions. I recivede the $600 credit promised and I am able to keep my old iPhone XS. Best way to get help is to go on Xfinity Mobil forum and state your case.

Xfinity refuses to unlock my phone

I paid my iPhone off early with Xfinity but they refused to unlock my phone when I moved to another state and wanted to go with a another carrier. Neither Xfinity or the bank attached to the Xfinity account operate in the state I now live in . When I closed the bank account Xfinity still refused to unlock my phone leaving it on even after I called them many times telling them that the bank account had been closed and before the bill became due I made a visit to the nearest store about 70-100 miles away. My account was taken out of their system but my phone is still locked and now they say until I make a payment it will stay locked. I don’t want Xfinity service it is the worst service I’ve ever had.

I rarely give one-star reviews. I always try to find one thing positive to say about a business. Even if my experience was not the greatest. When I'm looking at reviews of businesses, I usually skip most or all of the one-star ratings and most of the five-star. I feel like two, three, and four-star give the most accurate picture of experiences with said businesses. That being said, this is not the case with CONCAST (Xfinity). The customer service for this company is the WORST I've ever seen. They literally go above and beyond to not speak with you or resolve your issues. They don't give phone numbers to call. They just keep looping you back to an app that you can't do anything with except pay your bill and upgrade services or chat with a bot that just repeats itself. It's a giant AD page! After dealing with the round and round bot, which seemed like forever, I typed in cancel my service to see what would happen. And wouldn't you know it, they called me! They can bill you immediately. They can cancel service immediately, but they can't even hook-up phone service on an existing account properly. In fact, they started a whole new account (so then i had two accounts with the same info) and messed everything up. There are fees and extra charges for this. All I could get was "Oh, so sorry. We will refund you the money back." They shouldn't have even charged me in the first place since they were not providing any service to me at the time since they messed stuff up and we lost our internet service. Hours I spent with these people getting nowhere. Could not get the phone or internet working. Told me they where working on it and would have to call me back. They never did. They tried sending me new equipment that I didn't need (of course with charges). Texted me that if I didn't return the old equipment, I would be charged for it. I had already returned the equipment. We set it up with XFINITY to go to the local store close to us and exchange it for the new equipment. What a joke! So listen to the ONE STAR REVIEWS on this people. You will be thankful you did! I am switching to Allo Fiber. Wish me luck!

My Motorola phone will not allow me to…unlock it

My Motorola phone will not allow me to unlock it. I have paid whatever I am supposed to pay. I will pay them $100 if they will unlock my phone, just please whatever you do don't hurt my phone with an upgrade!!

I tried to click on every option in settings to see if there is a way to unlock the phone. I stumbles on something that was well hidden and when I clicked on the option to unlock my phone, it seemed to go on the fritz. It said I had to pair it with another device to unlock. I paired it with my Roku TV. It processed it for 20 minutes. It had a bunch of options to click on: classic300s, Living Room TV, Govee-, TV Samsun, and so just nonsense. Then you tap on it and it does nothing.

All I want in my phone to be unlocked, just give me my phone. It is innocent. It is good.

I wished i could’ve give them a zero don’t let them brag you take xfinity Mobile plan you will regret it . There is nothing good about that one connection is suck I always take unlimited plan .with them after 2 days they will tell you already use most your GB my plan was for only 45 my ended up 76 , 70 if they feel like your about to pay less then a month they add more money to make sure you pay the same and when i complain why they added credits for to reduce it every months was a battle with billing and after I left they are still charging my card Save yourself some trouble not them . Horrible company . I am now paying two companies for my phone cause they won’t stop charging me . I got discount they took it back and charged me I ll have to change my card number as soon my bank is open

I don't like Xfinity when you lose your phone they give sim card in the store on Amazon or eBay you would have to call the company that's why like consumer cellar at&t because if lose simcard always go to at&t or best buy and for consumer cellular you can always go to target or Walmart to get sim card if you lose your phone
And costumers service at Xfinity long wait on the phone which is outrageous

I have had xfinity mobile for 7 years…

I have had xfinity mobile for 7 years now I have loved it up till now here is what I got for trying to upgrade my iPhone…
I took off work three days in a row cause it kept getting delayed and you have to sign for it..
Then the day fed ex came my husband signed for it and said this box is extremely light. I picked it up and yes it was very light so I took a video of me opening the box and guess what no phone— only a SIM card and activation paper and the tissue. What???? So I picked up the phone and called right away I was told they would send me an email in 24-48 to send the info video description etc… we’ll here it is after 10 total hours of being on the phone I finally get my email and what do I have to do oh yes now I have to file a police report days later was told it was not about the showing I didn’t get it it was about filing the report in other words they are claiming it on their insurance I paid the deposit and won’t get this back till case is closed..
I have three days to turn in report this is kinda sounding like a scamming process

Worst Service

Worst Service. I ordered the iphone they send it to wrong address however it is still showing in my account and they are not able to correct it. Everytime I call them they take 2 hours of time and then no outcome. Really frustrating.

Xfinity Charges customers even without providing service

Xfinity customer service made an outbound call to me asking me to signup for a mobile phone service plan by activating a line. I told I am using a locked T mobile phone and that I am not eligible. The agent asked for my IMEI number and told me my device is compatible to use with their network even though it was locked to T Mobile and that I could use their service. My phone could not be activated with Xfinity because it was locked and Xfinity began billing me for 1 month saying I failed to cancel the activation request and that I had to pay them for using their service. I had not used their service rather was on T Mobile, yet they continue to say the charge is valid. I wish to dispute this bill and it possibly falls under a class action lawsuit where other consumers may have faced the same thing.

Unbelievable obtained my phone and set up service at the Store in Rutland Vt. They were supposed to bill using my comcast account information.

All of a sudden I had a bill collector trying to collect over $200 on an unpaid Xfinity account. Makes no sense- first of all was supposed to be a $30 a month payment using my comcast information.

Called Comcast for help a month ago-they stated that I did not have any such phone number for the cell phone.

Received an email today that they are taking $200 plus from my credit card on file this Month?? Makes no sense since I dont have any phone per the company.

Called and tried to get help today and the guy says yes you owe over $200 back bill payments???

I asked why when it was supposed to be paid through my comcast account. He says first that there was insufficient funds but then I said why did my TV etc stay on if this was true. He checked further came back on and said they forgot to bill for the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats when I hung up. So far they are not showing me that there lack of billing etc was my fault. Also that $30 a month did not add up to over $200 for the month and how are they charging for a phone they say I dont have. Also phone has been shut off

I am in the boat with several other reviews. I ordered service back in January 2023. I only had 3 lines to transfer and purchased1 phone which I traded a phone in for that they were going to give me $600 on a trade and a new Apple Ipad. 5 lines only. 1st and 2nd bills were correct... then here it goes. Also, they said that if I transferred my service that I would get $200 per line. Okay, I fussed enough until I got the gift cards. Here it goes. They called me in March and said that they had a special going to trade in Iphones and get up to $600 credit per phone. Here it goes... They sent the phones to me and we activated them and they charged me for 3 additional lines. That is for the 1st phone with and the 2 new phones. So all IPHONES had were being charged for 2 lines. I have called about 15 times and they still have not credited my bill nor taken the phones off properly. One time I called they deactivated my lines and then they had to add them back and they still have not credited me for the trade in phones that I gave to them. I am pissed. My phone bill should be about $170 and it is $350... I am trying find a corporate store because this is ridiculous calling customer services is like jumping into a battle field. NO HELP!!!

Awful On Line Chat Service

Took three weeks and three different chats to three different representatives to get a promised credit. I have no complaints about the actual services that I subscribe to (TV, Internet, Mobile) but the customer service representatives does not represent the company well at all. It's always a nightmare having to seek their assistance.

I bought a new phone I never got to use

I bought a new phone and during the port the new phone malfunctioned. The guy told me to take it home and come back in two days so he could order me one. I came back and they told me I wasn’t on account which is untrue and told me I had to send off the phone. So now I’ve been charged for a phone I never got to use and I had to send it off. Then today they deactivated my old phone and I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get it straight. I’ve still not been reimbursed and all over a phone I never got to use !!!! I pray this never happens to anyone else cause noone in their right mind would stay with xfinity after all that l.. I was a faithful customer last two years and I’m so upset at how this turned out
