Sloppy packaging
First of all It was very badly packed. 6 small items was freely moving in a big box without any protective paper. There was no damage by chance only. Secondly the order was wrong. I ordered one "Xiaomi Mi Motion Light 2" and one "Xiaomi Mi Motion Sensor Night Light" but in the box there was two "Xiaomi Mi Motion Sensor Night Light" The descriptions on the web site are false.

You will receive bad products and no refund if you send it back.
I have been order a electric scooter and they were so nice before the order , they answered all my questions. Than when i receive the order was everything different. The scooter was descripted with a batter that can travel more than 30 km and in reality just 8 km . I called them the didnt send the return label telling me that i must find the way myself sending as a post. Finally i aend it back myself with my own car and now from 10 days they do not send the refund(i claim within days refund policy). Just lost 400 Euro

Article descriptions are false. The software support promised on item descriptions are not correct, and you may end up having to wait for Xiaomi to update their apps. While you wait, you are unable to use your products.

Totally recommended: outstanding service, good prices/quality and fast delivery
I would definitely buy my next Xiaomi products through this store. They delivered it very fast and gave a quick response by email when required. The webcam I ordered complies with all the specifications provided on their webpage, I was just surprised that it doesn't say Xiaomi neither in the box or in the webcam, but I guess this is how it is supposed to be. I am very happy with my order! I recommend them. Thanks a lot
