We knew creating a specialized app for internal communication in our company would be a challenging effort that had to be done correctly or it would have been of no use to us. Who specialized in this particular genre and could live up to our aspirations was unknown to us. Since several companies were contacting us, we originally didn't give Xicom's contact with us much thought. However, their customer service representatives were so excellent that we chose to carry on with them and ultimately gave them our project. They did not let us down. They are not the best, but they are undoubtedly the most accommodating. Sure, there were hiccups and some crazy things, but there was never a low in commitment.
