Terrible terrible company!

Terrible terrible company!! Don't EVER use them! They started off by charging a very good price and after the 3 or 4th month they charged double without any consent! The phone line was always not working and there was always problems. Terrible customer service with very unhelpful people on the line with no clue what they are talking about.
Please avoid this company.

Dysfunctional system. Expensive to fix

The solution doesn't work correctly call quality is poor initially seemed good but declined. Customers complained about the phone lines constantly. A number of customers complained calls weren't been picked up, unfortunately their system didn't log these missing calls and support had no solution to solve it that was viable. The management of xinix absolve themselves of responsibility and commercial accepting lack of service for their solution.

Fine at the start. Went rapidly down hill from there.

FURTHER UPDATE. The account holder, my Mother-in-law, passed away over a month ago and they've been an absolute nightmare in closing the account. They're still trying to bill her after she's died. Unfeeling NASTY people.
UPDATE. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Not sure what's gone wrong, but their service has fallen apart. It's my mother-in-law's account and she doesn't have anything which uses data. I reported but they wouldn't/couldn't tell my why it was happening. It was doubling her bill each month. I complained but they haven't contacted me. I've tried to cancel the account, but they haven't stopped taking the payments.
I only came across this Company after BT/EE let me down three times when trying to get a landline put in for my 88 year old disabled mother-in-law.
At first, it seemed too good to be true, so I was sceptical. Everything seemed above board, so I gave them a try. They were incredibly helpful in explaining the new technology on the phone and the price was well under half what BT/EE were quoting me??
The equipment came through the post a few days later, along with full instructions. I had the system up and running, using my m-i-l's old landline phone, in about half an hour. I was very impressed. Aftersales service has been excellent too.
