Got the items but no response when asking a query
I got the items that I bought last time however, when I tried contacting the company in regard to something I got in my email which made it seem like I got a free bottle of gumball orange. Part of the email read “ This stunning, limited edition Gumball Orange 70cl Flavoured Vodka bottle is yours!”
When I attempted to contact the company in many separate ways I had no response and still to this day have no response.
I got the items I bought in decent time, however was disappointed to not get a response.

It seems we must have had it set-up incorrectly and sent the 'Gumball Orange Confirmation' rather than the flavour you actually ordered. I'm glad you did receive the correct order and in good time, but you're right - you should have received a response at the time. It looks like this may have been November/December 2024?
