The same happened to me. Placed an order on the 11th of July and was advised that I should receive this within 3-5 working days . After several emails advising me that my order was on the way (with no tracking details provided), I received tracking details today (25/7) which show “shipment not received or processed” . I have requested a refund and will go through my bank if necessary.
Placed an order 11 days ago. After not receiving any notice after 5 days I asked for tracking, they then advised that they are escalating the process.
A week later nothing, sent a chaser only to be told the exact same thing.
