Be very wary if deciding to sign up to this casino. I signed up with no issues, was able to deposit multiple times…all was fine. Until I started to win and make a withdrawal. My account was suddenly blocked and funds all frozen. I reached out to them on the chat and was told because I had closed an account on another website they operate my account was suspended while an investigation took place. They said I was emailed warning me this may happen (never received such an email) and they couldn’t give a timeframe on how long this “investigation” would take and when I would be contacted. All very scam like, avoid if I were you.
Also, they were adamant the email was sent… telling me to check spam/clear caches etc, it is no where to be seen. However the chat transcript was emailed through straight away.
I doubt I will ever hear from them again. Enjoy my winnings XL casino…hopefully someone stops you from trading soon.
