Great service
Initial order process was really helpful, assistants on hand to help with designs. Delivery was much faster than anticipated. When the product arrived, I was missing a rivet on the bag. I got in touch and had a brand new bag with me within a couple of days. Really fast and efficient. Great service, I also got a check in after I received the replacement to make sure it was all okay which was a nice touch.

Great company for displays!
Item was delivered on time and looked great. I had to speak to the design team a few times to fix and issue with the artwork which was my fault and they were really helpful and made sure everything went to print as it should be! Will definitely use again.

Everyone in the team that I dealt with were really friendly and helpful. I sent across a breif for the banner that I wanted and the design team executed it perfectly. When I requested some amendments they did so happily and efficiently. Best of all they deliverted ahead of time in what were quite tight timescales. Big up to Bethany Goymour & David Nettleship. We had a great experience with XL Displays, thanks in particular to Meghan, who was fantastic throughout the process. She was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful, making everything straightforward from start to finish.
When we realised we'd forgotten to order the frame and carry bag, Meghan quickly stepped in to help resolve the issue. She also arranged for us to receive the same pricing as our previous order when purchasing a new banner, stand, and bag, which was hugely appreciated.
What really stood out was the level of customer service. Meghan kept us informed every step of the way, providing regular updates on progress and always responding promptly to any questions we had.
