I've used XL Displays consistently for the past few years to support our event requirements including multiple lightbox systems. The team is always great to work with, right through from David in sales, to the graphics team (I've dealt with multiple people here and they're all super helpful), and through to Mary and Ann in the post-sales customer service team. We had a couple of issues with our last order, a box had gone missing in transit, and one of our parts was misaligned, but the team were straight onto the phone and had it all sorted quickly. Mary even hand delivered my replacement items on a Saturday service to DPD to ensure I had it in time for our event, while Ann called me and walked me step-by-step how to resolve the alignment issue. This was the first time I've ever had an issue with an order, and the team provided brilliant support!

The interaction with the team has been great. From initial contact, through to the very end, everyone has been super! They managed timelines and were open about their workload affecting how long it could take to make and deliver. The products are easy to put together and take down.

Good service despite delivery hickup
I ordered four noticeboards from XL Displays. One arrived damaged in transit, so the experience wasn’t perfect, but it was clearly an issue with the courier rather than XL Displays themselves. Their customer service team handled it promptly and professionally, arranging a replacement straightaway, which arrived the next day without any fuss. The noticeboards themselves are good quality and definitely do the job they’re intended for. Overall, a small setback that was resolved quickly, and I’m happy with the final result.

Confidence with every order.
I worked with Dean on two occasions to get replacement graphics for stands that we already have. He answered all my questions in detail, even when I had misunderstandings to make sure I ended up with the right product at the highest quality.
The artwork team also shared pictures of the graphics printed and laid flat while we were waiting for shipping which was a helpful update.

My experience with XL Display was excellent from start to finish. My first point of contact was David Nettleship, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to support me throughout the process.
I encountered a few issues with my artwork, but the team were fantastic and guided me through everything, making the process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and I was amazed to receive all five pull-up stands just two days after placing my order.

This is the second order I have placed with XL and have made many recommendations. Would definitely re-purchase.
My only negative comment would be the ease of assembly. I found it to be very challanging.
