Package was delivered incomplete due to damaged packaging. A simple contact with the helpdesk solved the issue and the missing item was sent. Great work!

Got what i ordered. In time. Good prices. What else can you ask for.

I ordered one product wrongly in my order and send directly an e-mail to change it… I received the answer that it was not possible to change it anymore! Now I have a product I can’t use … and sending back costs almost the same as the price of it.

The products are nice, good material, fair prices.
XLMOTO is pretty good, I want to buy more but ...
Sadly nothing can be perfect which I understand and this is def. not a problem by XLMOTO but by GLS.
The delivery service... one of thé worst delivery service I have experienced, XL should partner with different company because GLS delivery drivers never deliver,
Guy drove forth and back 3x times, didnt ring my doorbell even once. He didn't even thought of delivering it to my local post office where there's a collecting checkpoint?
No in fact he drove all the way to another town and dropped it off there??
Making the company and the client lose money, time and recources.
I had to drive there to pick it up.
The guy at the shop even told me "yeah those guys don't deliver on purpose, all packages of your town are brought here because the delivery driver is a nutcase".
I understand that there can be problems and issue's with delivery, but this is just annoying.

Followed the size chart en everything was to small... Gloves, pants, jack. And the back protector didn't fit in the jack. Very bad experience. 150 euro down the drain.

You have send the wrong type of battery, don't fit in my bike. Returning and waiting for another takes to long.

Order is 100% corresponding to my expectations. All was delivered on time . And last but not least , very price attractive.

I ordered a helmet three weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived.

First order was incomplete. A discount was offered but no option to have my order completed. After several messages it seemed that the missing piece was no longer there. No usual options either for asking for a company invoice. I was able to get an invoice through the service dpt. Second order no option to get an invoice since the order had left (no one told me asking for the invoice prior to the order leaving) As a result my book keeping is not in order.

The prices are allready very competitive and when they have a special action you get even more discount with the vouchercode. Customer service is also very good. I had one item from my order missing, one incorrect item and one item (macna tech wash) had the thread of the dosage cap broken. The warehouse worker still packed it in a plastic bag and made it a part of my order. But the dosage cap came partly off the bottle and leaked inside the bag which made me loose a considerbale amount of product. Customer service made sure i received my missing item, gave my a return label for the incorrect item and made sure i received a new bottle of tech wash. So the only small issues were made by the warehouse workers and are resolved quickly by the customer service agent.

Fast command, marchandise perfect

Good prices, many products available and shipping is ok. Like many websites, Belgium = Nederlands for XLMoto but half the country speaks french ! I asked for a refund for too large products but i have no tracking and still hope for a refund.
