Unfortunate change in return shipping
XLMoto is always my 1st choice to look for any gear. Unfortunately the need to pay for return shipping is a big minus for me. Motorcycle gear needs to fit well and without trying on it's hard to pick the right size. So in the end it can cost you even more than from local shop.

Great company, but returns are pain
Great company, local CZ support, good prices, decent shipping times.
The only thing that is a hurdle is returns. Which made me a few times not buy from them because for some reason they chose CZ Post as their partner. So every return is a wait, hustle, and arguing with office clerk to accept it. I wish they used anyone else DHL, DPD, Packeta.. I bet more people have the same issue. Once Post office refused to take my 20kg parcel and I had to drag it 3 floor down to garage and to another post office...

Ordered on Saturday evening, the item was sent out on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. Correct item, correct size, all perfect. Eventhough the eshop looks suspicious, I recommend it, as they are not scam.

The prices are good
The prices are good. Reasonable shipping fee, but there is no free exchange service.
In case you buy wrong size you have to: send it back (pay for the shipping for the 2nd time). Then order new product with different size and pay shipping (for the 3rd time).
