I am very disappointed that the seller promised the lowest price in the whole Czech Republic!
I am very dissatisfied with the seller's promise of the lowest price in the whole Czech Republic, there is a very big deception, and the conditions are not clearly written in the refund of the difference.
My experience was this: After I paid for the order, I found the same product, another store was cheaper.
I contacted customer service before the merchant shipped it.
I said there is an option to refund the difference or to cancel the order as it was not shipped at the time.
The customer service agreed to refund the difference, but after a few hours, they told me that the difference could not be refunded because it was a discounted item. And the order cannot be canceled either, because the item has now been shipped.
If I return it, I can only send it back to the merchant after I receive it.
The postage is also very expensive and I need to bear it myself.
So, In the end, the difference was not refunded to me and I am very disappointed in the seller's promise!

Shipping price is bit high
Everything worked out great. I ordered some made in USA stuff that I was not able to find anywhere else in the EU! So thanks for that! Just the price of shipping is bit high if you are ordering just some small acessories.I was also surprised and bit worried that the creditcard payment is done via some unknown (for me) payment gate. And it even didn't need security code + mobile text (SMS) verification code (3D secure I guess?) . But in the end it was OK.
