The way to present the product not taking care of accuracy of the description led to send back the product and waist time.
You should put the supplier reference to make sure of what we are buying.

Customer service poor!!
Customer service poor. Noticed an error in my post code straight away on the order. Emailed customer service to be told it was too late to amnend. I would have to wait for the item to be returned to them before they would do anything, up to 5weeks they said.
Luckily for me GLS the carrier was a lot more helpful and modified the address and my new helmet arrived 2 days later.
It was obviously too much trouble for xl to pick up the phone or write an email!! I definitely will not be spending money with them again.

Catastrophe !!!
Hello. I still haven't received my order. Your delivery service is a disaster!!! I need the addresses of this center. If the package is returned to the store, I will require a full refund, including shipping costs. On your site it was stated that I will receive the goods within 3-5 days, now it is already the third week, this is not normal.
J'ai spécifiquement commandé toutes les marchandises sur un seul site. Et je l'ai commandé sur un site français, pour qu'il n'y ait pas de problème de livraison. Et du coup, j'attends ma commande depuis trois semaines, qui est partie de Pologne. Dans le même temps, votre service de livraison a également perdu mon colis. Service, catastrophe.

Very little to improve
Everything ok, apart from the fact that i didn t receive a message to let me know that my order was arrived at the relais. I had to find by myself.
It s a shame as it arrived pretty quick.
