I didn’t receive my command. I wait it for weeks now. It never go in relay colis point and go back to XL moto as the package follow says.

Awful experience, received the wrong item 2 times.
Well, I purchased an item during black friday and it arrived only mid february. They did sent me something but it wasn't what I had ordered. I had to make sure at every step that the right product was sent the last time. Only them I received it ! Overall an awfull experience...
At least they were quick to respond and I'm fine with my purchase but god, was it difficult and long to get it in my hands...
