Useless sizing charts no direct contact number just an email and the shopping costs with return costs are just ridiculous. I feel bad I recommended this site to my friends. I will make sure they won't order from you again too.

Not the right fit
I bought a sissy bar with a luggage rack for my Harley Sport Glide and it doesn't fit at all. The first luggage rack was much too narrow and I sent it back; this one is a bit wider, but still too narrow. Eventually, I managed to mount it using spacers, but the sissy bar is too straight, with the result that the luggage rack sits tilted upwards. It is far too expensive for the quality provided. Never again.

No product after a week. Luckily by Klarna. So cancelled. That worked. Stayed for a week on Klarna. Bought the same product, a Frehling, got it from a small Dutch shop the next day. First time a bought a product from you it was correct. But this time….

All was handled great. I did have to return 1 product though - the hoodie i ordered did not indicate anywhere the size of the back armor. XL hoodie meant max L size armor. However, that was not even on the manufacturer site, so I do not hold it against XLMoto. Return was super fast and accurate.

Got the wrong item, but could be my fault. Returning of the item is costworthy so no brainer. Try to resel the item for Some compensation.
