It felt like my trade were scammed by XM GLOBAL.

I'm super stressed and exhausted within the past 2 weeks dealing with XM Global. I sent them emails at least more than a dozen since March 2 until today, but they only replied with two generic responses.

My issue is that their platform had a technical issue last March 2, 2026.

What happened first was I opened a trade with gold.

I PLACED AN ORDER:
Order number:

Trade 2: 813751382 — trade executed 8:53 AM and got liquidated 9:00 AM. This is where the issue started because when I placed this trade, it wasn't visible in the "Pending Position" section, where you can easily adjust things based on how the market moved.

Another Issue? The execution of the trade also did not show in "Open Position"

Trade 3 and 4 order numbers for both → 813756166, 813756160 — Now since the second trade didn't display the trade and I saw that it didn't work, my trade didn't register, then I opened another two positions. They got executed at 9:00 and got liquidated at 9:01. And the bad thing about this trade? When the order was placed it still didn't show in the pending position and never showed in open position when executed!

OPINION: I was actively in the platform in this, so if I only saw that the 2nd trade went through and got executed, I wouldn't even try to add a 3rd or a 4th one right away. I put those trades because I was getting upset and frustrated with the platform while the market was moving and I didn't want to get late. I keep adding but nothing is displaying!

(FOMO WAS SETTING IN. WHEN I DON'T SEE MY ORDER BEING PLACED, SO I KEEP SENDING THEM.)

So basically the tech issue here is that I was losing trades in the background when I thought my balance was still fine at around $52. If I knew the second trade was lost and was visible, I could have stopped it, but I didn't know it triggered because there was no visible display and the balance showed the same.

When DID I REALIZE THAT I GOT LIQUIDATED?

Until I refreshed (around 10x) and signed out and signed in a few times, my page finally showed and I saw my balance was already at $21.39. This is where I suspected that I got played! They intentionally hide the option to see trades so we cannot edit it.

NEXT POINT PROOF OF TECHNICAL ISSUE.

I also trade with OIL, and this is where you will see my evidence that there was a technical issue in the platform. Kindly focus on the time it was triggered.

Trade 1 for Oil: 817855426 —executed 08:39 AM and I got it closed on March 6, 2026.
Trade 2 for Oil: 817855422 — executed 07:08 AM. This one was closed on March 6, 2026.
Trade 3 for Oil: 817855425 — executed 07:43 AM. This one was closed on March 6, 2026 as well.

As you can see, these trades were actually triggered in those times. But watch my screenshot here below. You can see the OIL position was executed there right? in the side. In the notification bar.

Time on the PC is AMERICA. I worked in AMERICA TIME, that is CST timezone. So you can convert it to PH time. I took the screenshot within the day of the issue when the chat rep asked me to send a screenshot and email to support.

Since we established that I HAVE AN OPEN POSITION OF OILS!

Now kindly look at the next screenshot for me.

You don't see any open position. Plus the OILCASH chart is not even working!

So if you go back to my oil order itself, those 3 oil orders were triggered on the same day with gold, but you don't see any open positions there when I took a screenshot.

Let's just say that "OH GOLD WAS ALREADY LIQUIDATED AT THAT TIME." Obviously I didn't take the screenshot until a chat rep asked me for it.

But if you check my three OIL ORDERS that got executed, those never closed as early as gold. It was closed days after. So it should be visible in open position, right? But why is it not there? because of a technical issue XM GLOBAL had on March 2, 2026.

That's my problem. OPEN AND PENDING POSITION WASN'T VISIBLE ON THIS TIME. The chat rep said it was a tech issue and advised me to go with the support email team. But after 2 weeks all they sent me were two canned messages.
So it felt like they don't really care about me at this point.

To be honest, the amount is not that big. What I want is justice and fairness. You know yourself you had a tech issue and you don't want to fix that issue? And they are mocking me by sending the same responses?

I have lost over $500, actually almost $1K already in trading, and never complained about those because I lost them fair and square.

But not this time. Please help me.

Hi i placed a withdrawal on 9th march 2026 of 2000 usd. It is showing processed in application but haven’t received yet. It’s been 7 days. And within these days i got reply on email just twice.
Same reply wait for 2-5 business days.
Already its done but not received my withdrawal yet. Earlier i have made withdrawals in past and they were on time. But this time they are totally leaving me disappointed

My experience with the XM trading app…

My experience with the XM trading app has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, it is one of the worst brokers I have worked with.

The biggest issue is the payment process. After making payments, there is often no update for many days, which creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty for users who expect transparency and timely processing.

Another major problem is the customer support. The support team seems poorly trained in handling customer concerns. Instead of addressing issues properly, they often respond with the same copy-paste script repeatedly, without actually understanding or resolving the problem. It feels like they are not really listening to customers.

The overall service quality is very poor. There is a lot of marketing about services and support, but in reality, you get very little help when you actually need it. Communication is slow, responses are generic, and there is a clear lack of accountability.

For anyone considering this broker, I strongly recommend doing thorough research before depositing money. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend using XM due to payment delays, unhelpful customer service, and lack of proper support for clients.

I hope the company seriously improves its payment transparency, customer support training, and overall service standards in the future.

Xm does not allow to withdraw

I had an investment account with xm. Although i had made a few withdrawals before, when i wanted to withdraw on friday, they asked me to verify my id again. Even though i repeated the id verification , they did not accept it and asked for verification again, and they are causing me trouble. I can not withdraw my money at all. I will file a complaint. WARNING: Withdrawal led to Cyber Crime Investigation and Bank Freeze

I am a long-term trader at XM Acc#331783613 but I am currently facing a legal nightmare caused by their withdrawal process.
After requesting a withdrawal of INR 1,50,000 XM utilized unverified third-party vendors to credit my SBI account. These transactions were flagged as "Layered Transactions" and "Money Laundering" by the Indian Cyber Cell. Consequently, my bank account has been frozen (Lien) with Complaint Code
Despite providing XM’s India support with the UTR numbers, complaint codes, and official bank notices, they have done nothing but send automated "under investigation" emails. Because of their negligence, I am unable to pay my children’s school fees and am being interrogated by authorities for "tainted funds" sent by their vendors.
Warning to Indian Traders: XM does not follow its own "Same Source" policy for withdrawals. They use high-risk, blacklisted vendors that can get your personal bank account blocked. Avoid this broker until they take responsibility for their payment processors.If required I can provide all the email communication, cybercell complaint #, transaction details and written communication from bank.

Withdrawal Missing Since Feb 24 - Broken Promises from Support

I am writing this to express my extreme frustration with a missing 25 USD withdrawal requested on February 24, 2026 (Account ID: 391090493).
It has been over 15 days, and despite providing my bank statements showing the funds were never received, I am stuck in a loop of generic replies where they only reply and say that investigation is going on and we will revert back to you once we have an update but they don't have any deadline to deal with.
Also On March 10, an agent named Hadi promised me a resolution 'within the next hours,' but nothing has happened.
What is most confusing is that a separate withdrawal of $40 was reversed back to my account on March 9 for the same technical reason, yet XM refuses to do the same for this $25. I am a student and this delay is very stressful. I request that XM either provide the ARN/UTR immediately or simply reverse the funds to my trading balance as they did with my other request.

Update March 12: Still no resolution. Support agent Manel confirmed the investigation only started on March 5th, despite my request being from Feb 24th. They are refusing to provide the investigation ticket number. I am now proceeding with a formal complaint to the FSC Belize.

UPDATE - MARCH 16 (MONDAY):
20 days since Feb 24 withdrawal request. Still no funds. XM Compliance acknowledged the case on March 12, but I have yet to receive a UTR/ARN or a manual reversal. I am closely monitoring my account and will keep this review active until the technical error is resolved.
Status: Still waiting for a refund of $25.

Be careful with XM

My experience with XM Group was extremely negative. After I made $61,831 in profit and requested a withdrawal, the company accused me of “arbitrage” and cancelled many of my trades.

They closed my account and removed the profits without any real proof. This kind of action seriously damages trust in the broker.

If you are planning to trade with them, think twice.

Deposit and withdraw issues

Avoid this broker, i deposited using UPI on 5th March, it wasn't credited in my account, I talked to the customer support, they asked me to wait for one hour, then again asked me to wait for 4 hours, then I again contacted them asked me to wait for 24 hours. Then I again contacted them they say they are working on it and it's been 4 days still money deposited or returned or refunded and no response from them. Everytime they gonna tell you they are working on it.
I'm tired of waiting, i have lost patience, I advice you not to use this broker, avoid it and avoid the discomfort and pain I went through. Terrible service XM

I see that xm is good broker only issue is
the upi deposit which takes too much time if you miss your UTR NUMBER.... OTHERWISE EVERYTHING IS GOOD ...and spread is little bit high

Dont trade or deposit any amount

Dont trade or deposit any amount. Local bank transfer done through indian banks will not get credited and loot your money. They dont have a proper customer support nor they help you out in getting back your amount. I have initially doe a deposit of INR 3500 and they have looted it.I had given them my account details and transaction report inspite of that too they will not return your amount back. My statement makes it clear that the amount is credited to their account and the transaction statement shows the last four digits and the bank gives out only that kind of statement all over india. They wanted that transaction receipt to have all the digits clear in that. For the same I had given therm the complete account number too, inspite like a parrot they keep recalling.... pls provide the detials with all the digits in the receipt. Where should i generate that from. Strongly recomment not to trade nor deposit any amoung. complete frauds.My depost was done on 11-2-2026 till date they are hanging on with the matter with the same story.

My $19,517 Profit Deleted After Withdrawal Request – Extremely Concerning experience with XM has been…

My experience with XM has been extremely disturbing. After depositing my own money and trading normally on their platform, my account balance reached $19,517 in profit.

The moment I submitted a withdrawal request, XM suddenly removed my entire profit from the account. No clear explanation, no transparent evidence, and no fair investigation were provided.

I contacted their support team multiple times asking for a detailed reason, but all I received were vague and generic responses. This kind of behavior seriously damages trust and raises major concerns about how client profits are handled.

It is unacceptable for a broker to allow trading, show profits in the account, and then simply erase those profits when a withdrawal is requested.

I am now sharing this experience publicly so that other traders are aware of the potential risks when dealing with XM. Until this issue is resolved and my funds are returned, I cannot recommend this broker to anyone.
