I’ve noticed that execution is fast and I haven’t faced any delays placing or closing trades. The spreads are usually low, I don’t have to check every time what is the spread before executing, which makes the trading much easier and faster

At xm, everything is done in a normal, adequate way. The executions are simple and without issues. Nothing to show off, just straight away straightforward trading without complication. That I liked about them. They tried to stay simple and humble, when others try to add something fancy, which is in my opinion, not the best thing to do, in conservative industry, like trading.

XM is a great option and choice for me
was looking for a reliable trading space, I found XM and I get attentive support and great response to trading needs

4 years gold trader here. The combination of the levarage and spreads at XM is what kept me here I guess. Must also give props for good support as in the cases I needed them they always helped fast.

I discovered new advantages of trading on XM platform.
I recently started using some of my margin to buy real stocks.
I didn't notice before, that I can trade not only CFD assets but also buy real stocks.

Now I created something like an investment portfolio of several shares of different companies. These are mainly American IT companies such as Adobe and Cisco.
Here are excellent conditions for such trading. I can say that these are really favorable conditions

This was actually one of the first brokers I've ever tried, think it was in 2013. Then I went on to greener pastures, really explored the world, so to speak. Last few years, returned here, all beaten and bruised xDD Now I regret ever leaving.
Other brokers have better UIs I would say, and a lot better marketing team. I see their ads on FB and insta all the time, but XM adds I never see even if i'm researching the broker myself.
That is a bit of a shame because this broker really is the cheapest all-around, and most consumer-friendly. When I went back, was actually really nice.

One of the perks of working with an established and professional platform like XM is that the withdrawals, or all payment-related operations are processed smoothly.
I have been trading for quite some time, and with many different platforms too. I have experienced everything.
One of the most important aspects when choosing a broker for me is how it handles withdrawals., especially wire transfers.
For card payments, almost all brokers are doing fine. But wire transfers are a whole nother story.
XM is doing excellent in processing wire transfers!

I was influenced by two reasons when opened trading account.
The first is popularity of this broker among traders. And respect that company has.
The second is that I got favorable trading conditions here.
I can't say with absolute certainty, but I am sure that trading account without commission is profitable. I'm sure that I don't need to have special skills in order to understand this.
And I also see that leverage is high here. As far as I know, this also applies to favorable conditions

This broker has several regulations which make it a universal trading platform. Uhm... not really a worldwide one, because there are such countries as Sudan, NK and other countries where it can't provide services and basically, no one can. I even doubt people in NK knows what trading is. NVM, this platform is suitable for me and I like the fact traders eagerly leave feedback about their experience on it. Sometimes I read reviews to make sure that this broker continues keeping the bar on a high level and don't worsen trading conditions.
Sometimes, certain supercilious brokers have such a sin.

Obviously, XM Ultra Low Account is the most profitable account that broker offers to its clients.

It was nice when I saw that minimum deposit requirements to open it are only $5.
Of course, I immediately decided that I would trade only in such conditions.
There was a little surprise later when I realized that this type of account doesn't have swaps.
I can't say that this is a huge advantage. But for me, as a positional trader, it has some meaning

The spreads are surprisingly small, just like my peepee lol.
No, but really, they're tiny. Its easy to check, on the assets tab with XM they just show it, and its pretty accurate there. People look only at EURUSD typically, which is a big mistake. Many brokers ARTIFICIALLY decrease spreads just for that pair, to make it seem for users like their spreads are amazing. XM doesnt do that.
So EURUSD with them is just 1-1.6 pips, which is still good, but nothing industry-breaking. But USDJPY is under 2 pips !! And even crypto spreads are low, BTCUSD is <100 bucks. Usually its 200-300 with brokers.

As I am relatively new to trading, I always in touch with their support. I like how they treat traders regardless of their experience level and even if I ask such questions like "Why I get less profits than I should after a successful deal", meaning that spreads are deducted, they anyway understand me and don't ask to clarify anything. This is what I call customer-centricity, they really prioritize helping others, react immediately on all inquiries and do their best to provide comprehensive piece of info. Maybe not all the time, it depends on the specialist, but anyway.

XM’s customer service is really incredible and competent. Whenever I ask any questions, they always respond at the click of your fingers and I can’t understand how they are doing it.
Recently, I had some problems with transactions and the customer services helped me to fix this problem. It turned out that I filled out wrong data for making a deposit. xD

I am a newbie in the trading field. Back in the day, I heard of trading but I didn't know all the terms, didn't know how to trade, what is buy/sell and so on. Actually, I had no basic knowledge at all.

With a help of this broker, due to attending live education sessions regularly and being in touch with the client support, I managed to get some new knowledge and skills. I also trade on the demo rn, it fully replicates live trading environment, the same quotes, the same instruments and so on... I am working in my strategy, I asked client support are there any limitations on using strategies and they replied that the XM broker puts no restrictions and traders can create whatever strategy they find profitable.
Mine one shows good results, demo balance growth was about 7% within a week which is cool.

I am thinking of going to the live, sincerely speaking. But I got to work on the psychological aspect first, coz I know what traders typically face in this regard.

My experience with trading on XM global trading platform has been great. But I dissatisfied with the recent development regarding huge disparity between deposit and withdrawal rate for traders in Nigeria. A situation where deposit rate stands at #1354.8 to $1 whereas withdrawal rate stands at #883 to $1 with a difference of almost #500. It's totally unacceptable and we pray the management correct this imbalance
