DOES NOT PROACTIVELY CANCEL SUBSCRIPTIONS OR REFUND CUSTOMERS

We purchased this product a few years ago to solve our solution with having digital signage remotely. Since a few weeks ago we implemented a new system using Raspberry Pi so we didn't need the service anymore.

We purchased the subscription annually and I got a notification that the subscription renewal date was for Sept. 1st and so I immediately reached out via email requesting to cancel. Their response "We don't cancel for you, you login to a portal to do it." So I logged into the portal and canceled. They said we don't issue refunds because you could have canceled yourself using the portal and your renewal date was also a month ago.

But I never got an email stating you were about to charge me, that my renewal was coming or anything.

They are taking advantage of people forgetting about their subscription and not assisting them in fixing it.
