No item…

Ordered a sofa and paid extra for delivery within 5 days. 2 days go past and thought it was weird i didnt have a delivery date, so i messaged on whatsapp only to find that my item wasnt even in stock, obviously they werent going to tell me about it, theyve tried to tell me to get a different item but obviously dont want that item. Should have known from ordering from a site with barely any reviews or customers but thought because it allows klarna that it was legit, obviously not, awaiting a refund but doubtful
