Great price and value
Great price and value. Ordered 2 different sets of 12 (a top and bottom) of a particular item that would have normally cost me north of $9K to get from our equipment supplier, and I was able to get a design that was done in house over to Xometry and have all 24 pieces manufactured and shipped at just over $1k. Great service.

These Xometry prints are top-notch. I was impressed by the number of options I had when setting up the prints. When they arrived, I was expecting the usual number of minor imperfections, but was pleasantly surprised to find none. The parts required precision, so when they slid right into place and mounted perfectly, my eyes lit up. I think I've found my new supplier.
On top of it all was Xometry's communication. They kept me in the loop at each point, managed my expectations. At one point they informed me they might be delayed by a day or two, and they proactively adjusted my shipping to make sure that my business wasn't affected.
It's hard to find a good company that makes solid products, communicates well, and is willing to be responsible and accountable when something goes wrong, fixing it without having to be asked. But Xometry appears to be one of those few gems.

Delivered on time and to spec
Delivered on time, well packaged, well laid out, and within the promised spec. Shipping packaging was overkill for these specific parts since I still have to finish machining them and apply different surface finishes, but if they were completely finished they would have been well protected and ready to go when delivered.
I will certainly be using Xometry again for parts that aren't well suited to the CNC equipment in my shop or just don't have the time to do.

The entire experience was world-class from start to finish. Uploading, reviewing, and getting a quote was seamless. I had a small error in my file specifications. Support reached out and helped me quickly clarify my issue.
The UX of uploading, reviewing, updating, and ordering my parts was informative and well thought out. Changing any specification or material was easy, and pricing updates happened instantly.
Once my part was quoted and scheduled- everything went smoothly. The production team proactively sent me updates on the process. The part came in and was retail-ready- apart from packaging. The quality was top-notch.
Not only will I be using Xometry going forward, but there quality and service has me investigating creating and offering niche parts as a business with them as the manufacturer- not just as creating prototypes.
