I was lucky enough to get a spot on one the of the first Xoom trips to South Africa. It was honestly one of the best experiences i've ever had, and made me truly fall in love with Africa. The amount of incredible memories, experiences and laughs we packed into 2 weeks was unbeleivable. The organisers really smashed it and i truly beleive there is no better way to see Africa if you are working and just have 2 weeks off. Very excited to book on another trip in a new location!!

I joined Xoom Africa as a solo traveler and ended up with 15 new friends from around the world. From the start, it felt like traveling with family, the crew and guests created an instant, supportive bond that made every moment feel meaningful.

The itinerary was incredible, with an overnight kayak adventure, a dreamy sunset cruise in Cape Town, self-drive safaris, and my absolute favorite — a hot air balloon ride with a champagne breakfast over Namibia. One of the most breathtaking moments was watching the sun melt into the horizon at Fish River Canyon while sipping rosé and snapping the most unreal photos. Pure magic.

We camped under skies full of stars, stayed in stunning lodges, and soaked in 360° sunsets nearly every night. The entire trip felt like living in a travel documentary.

What really sets Xoom apart is the crew. We had a private chef, a medic, and dedicated security, and I felt completely safe and cared for the entire time. Every detail was handled so seamlessly that all we had to do was be present and enjoy.

This was the hardest trip to put into words when I got home, it was that special. If you’re looking for something soulful, adventurous, and filled with awe-inspiring moments and lifelong memories, this is the trip for you.

I had an amazing time with Xoom Africa. The crew are exceptional at what they do and provide an extremely fun environment to be in. When undertaking a road trip through remote parts of Africa you really need to be with people that you trust and they had my full trust even from the first meeting. We were taken to some really remote special places and not once did I feel nervous about the surroundings. The meals we were served were fantastic and the camps we stayed at were always a delight. The lodges were extremely special and the vehicles we used flawless. I’d highly recommend this to any solo travellers wanting to experience Africa as I don’t see a better way of seeing it with the cost of the trip. No other adventure travel company comes close from what I have experienced before. 10/10! I’ll be returning for future trips!

An amazing way to see Africa! If you're not sure where to start when exploring South Africa and Namibia, go with Xoom. It's an incredible two-week road trip taking in beautiful sites with fun people and a laid-back atmosphere.

Trip of a lifetime! Made friends for life, saw amazing parts of Southern Africa and would highly recommend Xoom. The crew were divine and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed while travelling long distances, experiencing incredible scenery and culture. It’s a very unique and personalised experience.

Wonderful team, fantastically run and truly an experience I will never forget. So many incredible moments; from heli rides over the Cape of Good Hope, to seeing Rhino, to hot air ballooning at sunrise over the Nambian dunes, it was truly special.
