Paid money while ordering 14 days done, No response on WhatsApp, Not picking up call, 😔

Very immature behaviour

I recently purchased the MacBook Air M1 battery from xParts.IN and the quality of the battery seems top-notch. The entire process, from ordering to delivery, was seamless.
Since replacing the old battery with this new one, I've noticed a significant improvement in my MacBook's performance. The battery life has notably extended, allowing me to work for extended periods without needing to constantly recharge.

XParts.IN is actually running a very clever scam in which they have covered popular review sites with their content writers writing generic content pieces about replacement parts mentioning every brand of electronic product out there in order to funnel in users who are desperate to find first party replacement products, which are still difficult to find in India where options such as ifixit and ebay are non-existent. They will give you a faulty third-party goods and have no refund policy.

It is a classic bait and switch scam in which they ship you a damaged product and continue to ask you for tiny sums of money in various stages in the name of delivery and replacement expenses until the amount gets significant, at which point they begin ignoring you.

I have been harassed for 2 months after which they ghosted my issue. Do not use their service it is not worth the harassment.

Yesterday, I just got my product delivered from parts.
I ordered for Samsung S10 Lite Display
The product quality is great and their support team also helped me a lot in need.
Had a great experience with this e-com site.

Ordered a product after 20days of chasing they say price have been increased. But in their website price have not changed.

I ordered LCD screen for my laptop

XParts send me second hand LCD screen f in the name of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

After sales service is pathetic , there is no contact number for after sales , we need to communicate only in email. They didn't agreed that they sent second hand , non compatible product.
