Britbox wanted all new details put in TV so I could continue watching. I didn't want to go thru that again after initial connection, so decided to cancel subscription. on 18th March '26 I cancelled subscription and paid $24.95 for the pleasure. It only had to go to Sydney yet it wasn't received by Britbox until 8th April, '26, 19 days later. I have been charged for April and looks like I will be charged for May. I think I am entitled to a refund don't you?

The cancellation was not effective. Over a week later, they informed me that they were sending me a refill of my initial order. I notified them that they were cancelled, and they said the cancellation was not in time. I thought it would have been. Can't tell you exact dates.

Tried to get them to cancel an account which they failed.I had to go to the bank to cancel which was successful. Xpendy is still taking money from my account. I will have to go to bank again to cancel Xpendy as they ignored my request to cancel.
