This company is a SCAM!!

This company is a SCAM!!! Please do not pay for their services. They will make you pay for spyware removal but Apple removes this for free. They will tell you Apple charge 499 for a warranty and offer you a warranty from them for 299!!!! They will make you pay with a check over the phone saying this is the only way they accept payments. They make you pay by check because you won't be able to dispute the charges with the bank! They will fix your computer but Apple does the same thing for free. The company goes by XpertCrew and Genius Crew! They are scammers!! The manager's name will always be Harry. SCAMMMMMMMMMERRRRRSSSSS!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

My PC was out of warranty period, and I was facing some technical issue. I visited Apple care for help and dropped my phone number, to get a call back from them. I was looking for reliable technical service. I got the number of XpertCrew online. Within a few hours, one of their technicians visited my place. They fixed the issue in front of me and my wife and ask me to make the payment only by cheque and asked me have a word with the billing department. The best part, they asked me to pay the bills, once I am completely satisfied with the service.

Take a Bow!

While looking for technical help for my PC on the internet, I come across a number on the top of my screen, it was Xpertcrew. It turned out to be very helpful. The person who assisted me was friendly and I had a very good experience. Thanks Xpertcrew!!
