SCAM SITE
Avoid this website — it is a scam.
We placed an order for a watch on 1st July, with delivery promised within 10 days. When the watch still hadn't arrived after 15 days, we contacted customer service by email.
It took them a full week to respond. Rather than addressing the issue, they suggested we contact the shipping company ourselves and follow up with UPS — despite the fact that we had already explained, in writing, that we had contacted UPS, who refused to assist us since we were not the sender.
We then requested a full refund for failure to deliver the goods and also raised the matter with our bank. Today, we received a reply that ignored our refund request entirely and simply informed us that they would "resend" the watch.
Based on this experience, it's clear this is a scam operation that strings customers along with fresh tracking numbers, never actually delivering the product.
