Very responsive helpful informative company - within two hours of initial contact spoke to the guys, and they offered to fit a replacement new boiler next day if necessary. They were the best value of the three quotes that I obtained. I also appreciated the fact that they sussed out quickly that I knew roughly what I wanted; offered me options and then helped me to make what I believe is a good decision (I'll know in ten years time.) Installation engineer was professional, tidy, friendly, willing to answer all sorts of questions and worked through to completion without a hitch. Really happy with the overall customer service, the boiler we got, and would recommend Xpress boiler solutions.

Having previously filled in an online questionnaire regarding a new boiler installation, I received a call from David from Xpress Boiler Solutions he had all the information on what my wife and I
required,boiler make and size, how many rooms and radiators we had and gave me a quote over the phone, which was very competitive. We made an appointment to meet a couple of days later. David arrived and went over the final points regarding the installation, time scale etc. He was very friendly and helpful and said if we had any questions just to get in touch any time. A
Couple of days later a date was set.The engineers arrived Barry and Joe,what a great couple of guys, polite,friendly and very efficient had the system up and running late afternoon. Excellent experience. David made contact quickly when I was seeking quotes for a new boiler. He gave good advice on boiler options and quoted a good price. Absolutely no sales pressure at all and was a pleasure to deal with. I contacted him to progress work and it was completed 2 days later. George who fitted the boiler did a great job. He turned up at agreed time, kept us informed of progress and fitted the boiler with the minimum of fuss. He worked hard and went the extra mile by cleaning up every spec of dust made around the boiler area as well as disposing of old boiler and old pipes etc. Both men knew their stuff and left us with the confidence of a job well done and an extended warranty. Would definitely use them again.

Good range of boiler options offered at highly competitive pricing. Fitting and system modification carried out cleanly and efficiently at a time/date that met my needs. Great team of fitters who even bought us lunch.

Changing out our boiler was a worry free efficient professional and quick turnaround time just under a week from initial contact to new boiler up and running many thanks to all for a first class job.

This is a great company to work with helped me out from start to Finnish after having no heating for 12 days within contacting them 48 hours later all fixed by them workmen were excellent friendly and no mess left after they finnished would highly recommend this company

I recently got a boiler installed from Xpress Boiler Solutions.
From the initial contact, to David arriving to provide a quote and have a thorough look around, then George, the heating engineer (who was a top bloke indeed) arriving a few days later to install the boiler, the whole process was very professional, very friendly and cost-effective :)
I would highly recommend Xpress Boiler solutions for any installation. Their customer service was exceptional, and their pricing was the best of all 4 quotes i received.

Arranged an appointment with Rebecca, made arrangements with work to ensure I was available, no-one appeared, called the company and was advised that the appointment wasn't processed correctly meaning the staff member was not advised of the appointment. Not a good start. Took the process no further.

David gave me the most confidence out of all of the quotations received of a good installation and happy to say I was not disappointed. Xpress Boiler solutions were also the most competitive. The job was arranged easily and the job was completed on the agreed day without any issues.

Got my combi boiler yesterday went from a conventional boiler the young man George very cheerful he worked all day by himself job completed no mess rubbish all took away all working great thanks to David for helping me decide on a combi boiler now I have a extra cupboard where old water tank was I would certainly recommend this company no payment till job all completed and satisfied

Had complete central heating system fitted , David visited and was excellent at advising on what was needed . Steve and George arrived and fitted system . They worked brilliantly and did a really tidy job . After waiting on utility company to fit gas meter engineer came back same day to commission system . Highly recommend them 👌

I had a Combi boiler installed 2 days ago and was very impressed with the company I dealt with——Express Boiler Solutions.The advice I got from David was very helpful in making my choice of boiler.I was told the installation would probably take 2 days but the job was completed in 1 day.Well done to Dave & George the engineers.I have had good follow up and feel confident that if I have any problems I will get help. After a lot of time deciding which boiler I would get I can say that I am very pleased with my choice of the Vaillant Combi.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Was delighted with the way Barry and his young helper( sorry I can't remember his name) went about installing my boiler. Both were extremely nice and explained to me everything they were doing. My kitchen was cleared of all the mess before they left. Would certainly recommend.

I had no heating or hot water , contacted David he was very knowledgeable helped me decide on which boilers were available, no pressure to buy any particular one. Very reasonable prices . Had my boiler fitted within 2 days , Barry and Ross were very professional,did a great job , took away old boiler etc . Tidy when they left . David followed up after work done .

Delighted with the service from Xpress Boiler solutions. From initial visit to getting quote and then new boiler being fitted, the work was all completed in a few days. Everything was COVID-19 safe and all paperwork completed easily online.

David was helpful and knowledgeable and after the survey provided a very reasonable quote for the work. Barry and his assistant installed the boiler and the work was carried out to a very high standard. Explained to us how new boiler worked and how to use thermostat which was great and you would never know they’d been in the house, it was left exactly as they found it.

Just had a new boiler fitted by Xpress Boilers solutions and we are delighted with the way everything was completed, David came out to do the survey and give us the rundown on what would be appropriate for our needs and the price quote. We agreed to get the work done and 2 days later it was all completed.
Couldn’t fault their work Barry and Ross done a first class job and left the place exactly as they had found it on arrival. They gave us a run down on the operating instructions before they left which was very helpful.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Xpress boiler solutions to anyone.
