Effortless experience!
I was contacted by the Xpress customer service team within 24 hours of reporting the incident. Pictures of my vehicle taken and emailed by myself and Xpress quickly confirmed that they could repair. My vehicle was booked in for an appointment within 5 days of the incident.
Dropped the car off and collected the keys to the courtesy vehicle at 08:30, and I had a call at 14:00 to say the work was completed.
The bodywork was repaired and painted to a very high standard. There were significant & deep scratches + a decent size dent. There is no evidence of the repair.
All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish (minus the selfish person that crashed in to my car and left the scene). I would highly recommend Xpress Centres, specifically the Leamington Spa branch.
