Prompt, great communication, clean and comfortable car,

This is the first time we have used Xpress and were very impressed. Booking was easy, good communications and nice to deal with a real person. Have used other companies in the past with disappointing results, worth their 5 star rating.

Used it multiple times for airport transfers. Prices are good, communication is easy, drivers are punctual and cars are clean. Highly recommend

The drivers are always punctual, great communication before pickup, and they’re friendly. The cars are clean and their prices are very reasonable. I’ve tried a couple of other taxi companies in Milton Keynes before finding Xpress Taxis, but now I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Great service transferring me from Milton Keynes central station to Luton airport. Kept in touch and accommodated me even when my train was delayed. Would highly recommend for such journeys and would use again in a heartbeat.

I cannot recommend Express Taxis in Milton Keynes highly enough. They truly went above and beyond when my partner’s bag was lost at the airport, leaving her without essential clothing needed for an important conference and an evening dinner.
At a time when others would not or could not help, Express Taxis stepped up without hesitation. While I was coordinating the urgent purchase of replacement items remotely from Abu Dhabi—and doing so in the middle of a busy conference—the team at Express handled everything flawlessly on the ground. They collected the required items from the store and ensured my partner was delivered just in the nick of time, allowing a seamless transition from the conference to the evening dining event.
Their understanding, flexibility, and genuine consideration for the importance of the occasion made an incredibly stressful situation manageable. The professionalism and care they showed helped me more than I can put into words.

Following a friend's suggestion, we chose Xpress taxis for the first time and were thoroughly satisfied. Communicating via WhatsApp was seamless, with a reminder the previous day and live tracking adding a great sense of assurance. The cars were immaculate, and the driver was extremely polite. We're certain to use this service again.

Xpress Taxis were easy to book, and I found their pricing good, especially given the short notice I gave them, the festive period, and the time of day I needed their services. I used them twice on the same day, and found both drivers efficient in keeping in touch via Whatsapp and phone prior to collection. They were also courteous and drove well.
