I recently purchased a disassembled iPhone frame from this website, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. The item arrived in very poor condition, with significant dents and numerous scratches on the back, far below the quality expected.

I attempted to reach out to their customer service for support, but found that they only provide an email address for contact – no phone number is available. Despite contacting them through email, I have received no response to my queries and concerns.

Moreover, the company is based in Hong Kong, and it seems that once payment is made, customer options for recourse are severely limited. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch, I've received no acknowledgment or offer for a refund.

Based on my experience, I cannot consider this seller to be legitimate. They have not engaged in any customer service or shown willingness to address purchase issues. Please be cautious if considering a purchase from them.

The 1st generation Apple iPhone 2gs was wonderful glass framed all well made with care and love. I am still trying to make up my my mind if I want to get the IPhone 4s and 6s art work. I guess time will tell if I get the or not.

We still have not received the product and the tracking is not working properly. I would like an update.

I was told I could pick the background of the game, but after purchasing, they told me I could not change the design.

The wait time is insane. It’s been almost a month and my order still isn’t here to me yet. Every other company says they can have it here to me within a week or two so I don’t know what the issue is here. Customer service takes days to even respond to.

I was looking for an iPhone 5s template and I couldn't find it online. After contacting with Xreart they gladly provided me the disassemble template I wanted. Great experience!

Product is very nice an have good quality, just one framework back clip arrived broken…but overall, satisfied with the purchase that was for a Xmas gift. The shippment could take around 3 weeks but customer support replies properly if you contact them.
