Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I rented a car from this company and had to fight every single day for several weeks just to get my €1,200 deposit back. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and I constantly had to follow up myself. A deposit refund should be a straightforward process, not a daily battle. The whole experience caused unnecessary stress and completely ruined my trust in this company. I would not rent from them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

X rental Sarajevo is a SCAM

X rental Sarajevo is a SCAM. STAY AWAY. They are criminals. They cheat everyone one way or the other. I have returned the car in great condition after six days. All agreed. They have not given me my 1200 Euro deposit back.
