Holes cut in wrong place on the desk
Holes cut in wrong place on the desk. Unable to finish with desk laying on my floor. Been trying to contact xrocker for 2 weeks. They sent an email saying there systems are having problems. Now they have turned their phones off.
I stuck with a desk I can’t complete and no way of getting help.
Diabolical
Diabolical, customer service is a disgrace. They never answer the phone, they take days and days to answer a ticket. I recieved the wrong size bed and wanted to return it . Two weeks later and im still sitting with the bed boxed up the sane way it was delivered in the same place . They take your money for items but are not willing to arrange a return. Ive opened a case with clearpay and they are now dealing with it. Please be vigilant on ordering as there customer service skills are shocking . They just ignore you constantly. Ive rang and rang hundreds of times and a stupid automated fella says we cant take your call. I gave up in the end but at the minute ive a little girl who is distraught as her birthday present is the wrong size and is still sitting in my living room. I still await a response for a pickup day for the bed.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Months of Delays and No Replacement for Faulty Christmas Gift
I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue with this company since January, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. This was originally a Christmas presen. ( a gaming chair) which we discovered was faulty on Christmas Day. What should have been a straightforward resolution has turned into months of frustration.
After arranging a return, I was promised a replacement, but since sending the item back (which was only finally completed last week), I’ve had no update and no replacement has been received. My children are now left without a chair to complete their setup and are understandably very disappointed.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone over several months, and being ignored has become a recurring issue rather than a one-off problem.
Customer service should not be this difficult to access, especially when the company is responsible for resolving the issue. The lack of accountability and follow-through has made this a very stressful and time-consuming experience.
I would strongly caution others before purchasing, as resolving any problems appears to be unnecessarily challenging and drawn out.
Great Customer Service
I reached out to XRockerUK on their website, to enquire about replacement parts for my son's gaming chair. He absolutely loves it and uses it every day so I was keen to replace a couple of parts, rather than buy a whole new chair. Britney, Rachel and Sophie replied via email within the advertised timeframe to advise and provide support. I was really pleased with the level of customer service received. Would definitely recommend for both quality of product and aftercare.
A top notch trouble free repair
I have a rather nice X Rocker gaming chair which unfortunately stopped working. Luckily Britney and Sophie from X Rocker support were able to identify the issue and source me a replacement part without any of the usual too and fro shenanigans I have come to expect from other suppliers.

AVOID
Ordered a TV lift bed with 2.1 speaker via a marketplace from this retailer. The ottoman lift safety bar came damaged. The speaker wouldn't turn on. The cables were hanging out the bottom of the bed base and wouldn't screw in. Customer service were non existant until the point weeks later under threat of chargeback & legal action, at which point they have been prompt to respond offering firstly for a second product to be delivered, parts needed taken out and then the collection of both products at a later date. We physically did not have space in the house to go for this option. We simply asked for a replacement to be sent in the van on collection of the faulty product and they have agreed, and then backtracked stating they could only collect the product and send a replacement at some undetermined point in the future. Please also note this is after several weeks again of ignored communication and having to actually have legal means contact the company. They have once again backtracked their deal and are only willing to take the faulty product away with no replacement offered. They left us under stress trying to contact them, with mixed messages, asking 25+ working days in a row for a fresh 2 working day reply time and asked us to keep the original (HUGE) packaging in that time which has obstructed the safety of our home due to its size/making life an obstacle course under the pretense they would not continue to support replacement of the bed, which needed a 2 man delivery, is not then deconstructed into its original packaging. Please avoid this company. At the time of review they have still not collected this product or sent out replacement parts and it has been several long weeks.
