Slow support respond and continuously suspend my hosting, just for an .php files on the wp-include folder created from the anti-virus plugin...

I mean, it's not that bad, a great host, but still, waiting too long for a Emergency ticket, asking for resolve suspended service... Heak nah, that's not how my boy work.

They have 24/7customer support, I mean dere just awesome, I had some problem with my dns which triggered auto suspend on my hosting account, so I contacted their support,in less Dan 5min I was replied an my problems were solved, there just awesome💯

Great service for a great price. Service answers und resolves tickets in less then an hour. I’m satisfied.

They are giving free hosting. But their customer support is the worst, websites are giving error 12 times every day in minimum.

1. Their unlimited bandwidth is not really unlimited. I got a notice on my CPU resources limit log (You have reached the limits within the past 24 hours). CPU resources limit was reached for your site

2. After I renew for another year of their service I face some issues. The next day I'm unable to login through my FTP client and unable login to cPanel directly.

3. I experience website downtime 5 to 12mins 5times a day. After 3 days then banned my 2 sites for no reason.

Amazing For Free hosting and this hosting provide premium cPanel that is great.

First of all, thank you guys for the services that you are providing. it has positively changed everything for everyone.
I still have some issues with unnecessary security on my account like my account can automatically be suspended for minor reasons which will take almost a full week or more to be assisted hence slowing or even shutting down the business.
This issue can be solved by at least adding 24/7 or 12/7 customer care to the services.
My main worry is that I run a URL Shortener service and am currently working with different mid-size YouTubers, writers, and Bloggers which puts our relationship with them in great danger.
Like, am losing more. Unless otherwise, the service is actually good, I love it, and recommend it to others.

The xsl.tel site gives you a free host. That's right, but there's definitely no good reason. At the beginning of the hosting request, you will be asked for a captcha several times, and the more you enter it correctly, the more you will receive a captcha error message, This means that it is abusing you for captcha, After receiving the host and after you log in to the host and upload your information, your account will be blocked and you can no longer use the host.
