Excellent. Used XS for NVQ and AM2 preparation after having a dreadful experience with another provider.
Muztaba, my NVQ assessor was fantastic, available to answer questions, personable and helpful at every juncture.
I would 100% recommend XS, every member of staff I dealt with from my initial enquiry through to the end has been great. I was sceptical that everything was 'too good to be true', but it's not, and XS delivered on all their promises.

Just completed my level 3 nvq with Xs Training. I had Tom as my assessor. Explained everything very well. And what's expected from me. Very well structured. Was always available for questions. I would definitely recommend if anyone ask.

Nvq Completion with XSTraining
Having Craig Wiltshire as my assessor has changed the way I looked at the NVQ. Daunting and hard to navigate were my first thoughts but Craig changed my view of that.
I would highly recommend him for anyone starting out on this journey.
I’d also like to thank the lady who transferred me on to him nearly 2 years ago!! She was my guardian angel!
AM2 prep videos done by Jamie were a huge help when it came to tackling the AM2 exam. Easy to understand and follow. All in all it’s been a great experience and I hope more people come through to these guys for their NVQ!

Super Star Assessor and Business
Over many years completing many courses with different businesses and assessors, Craig and XS Training are super stars, Craig way of getting the best out of you is unique, You need to show you know what you are talking about and be able to use the reg’s, so if you think you can just come on a course without doing your “ homework” and don’t put the effort in don’t expect Craig to waste his time, he follows the process 100% and ensures the people he passes with be an asset to the trade . Its really was a pleasure having Craig as my assessor

XS are helpful and prompt with queries.
I was assigned Craig as my assessor and he was excellent. I struggled with the pressure of observations but Craig went out of his way to ensure I was conformable and able to progress.

Completed my 2346 EWA earlier this year with XS, my assessor Tom Simpson was fantastic from start to finish and always available by via email/messenger/phone whichever suited me best which was great, made the whole portfolio process so easy for me and allowed me to focus on gathering the assessment evidence needed, now through my AM2 and registered with Napit - looking to do an EV installer course and will 100% be booking back in with XS for this too.

Craig Wiltshire has been incredibly helpful during my portfolio. He has so much knowledge when it comes to this and will always help anybody who needs it, no matter how daft the question is. Super friendly guy who will help with an issues you have.
