Absolutely Devestated
We trusted this company to do SEO for us and they are like a Bull at gate, they just do stuff on the website. They don't check to make sure things are done properly and on 1 October last year they broke our contact us page, the customer got a message saying the email had been sent but we weren't getting that email so we haven't got any enquiry on our website since 1 October last year, we got other emails from other sources but not from our website, they somehow broke the contact us button, this has resulted in at least 50 missed inquiries. Each one of those inquiries is $5000-$6000 because we do waiting photo and video, it has also resulted in our bookings this year being cutting in half, I would avoid this company like the plague, they also took ownership of our square space site even though we did not give him permission to do that and it has now been restored thanks to square space, absolute biggest mistake ever booking this company, they have cost us literally tens of thousands of dollars of work, buyer Everywhere.
