They are the most affordable FPV store on the planet. The support isn't perfect, especially by European or American standards, but ultimately everything gets resolved. I've ordered from them more than 20 times, and despite a few human errors that were promptly fixed by their support, I am satisfied with their service. I've noticed numerous negative reviews, so I want to provide a balanced perspective because often more people take the time to complain. As a regular customer, I would rate them 4 stars, but to help balance the overall Trustpilot rating, I'll give them 5 stars

I can't get the HDD enclosure with supposed wifi and NAS function to work with my MacBook Pro. I have been in touch with seller several times trying to solve the problem. After three unsuccessful email conversations they lost interest and stopped replying. So now I’ve got an expensive HDD enclosure I can only use with USB cable connection. Not NAS and not WiFI! Crap company!!!

This company is horrible. They will sell you junk and provide zero support while giving you some excuse they always need more. First they need you describe the problem, then they want pictures, then they want videos. Never actually giving you any actual support. After wasting your time they will refuse to refund your money for a faulty product. Avoid these scammers

xt-xinte didn't ship after I paid, messaged me to paypal more money. Scammers like others have stated , Stay away , prices are to good to be true

Twice now I have ordered from Xt-Xinte, both times products I have ordered were missing from the order.

The first time it was ~$20 worth of propellers. This time it's ~$30 of quad frame.

Scammers. Order somewhere else. The "good" prices aren't worth it if you are constantly scammed.

I'm a dummy for believing the first time was a mistake.

They are a horrible place, stay far away.

I've ordered a drone from there at ~200 USD with ~50 USD shipping (2-7 days it says, fools believe).
They thanked me for the money, no shipping no delay messages etc.
After one month I tried contacting them, no response.
A few days later I filed a PayPal dispute. No response.
Now I escalated the dispute to PayPal.
What happened ? They removed my "Credits" in the store, didn't respond on the dispute or on my email or messages.

I wrote them an email, asking to kindly refund the order as it's not shipped and they clearly reacted on the dispute already.
No response.

It's obvious that they operate as scammers, they are used to people complaining that they don't get their orders and play on time.
Some people might forget, others might not know PayPal well and lose the dispute while waiting (you have to manually escalate it otherwise you lost the money) and others might lose the dispute as PayPal is always a random chance.

Stay away, XT Xinte are scammers.

Order was shipped with standard shipping despite having paid for special European line.
Had trouble with shipping and the courrier reported the parcel lost.
Xt-Xinte support promptly sent another one with DHL shipping without paying any extra for it.

Made two purchases from xt-Xinte.com:

1. First purchase was for syma x5c 2 mp camera.

Was sent defective not 2 mp camera. Offered to send them pictures and videos from camera but they refuse to offer any resolution. Needed to open PayPal dispute to get partial resolution.

2. Purchased black coloured quadcopter shell was sent white. Even though I selected black, added a note to PayPal, and confirmed through customer service email that I wanted black, I was sent white.

Only positive note was that the items were well packaged and arrived in good time (about 3-4 weeks).

Overall, I wouldn't trust buying from this site. You are unlikely to get what you ordered. They either don't know what they are doing or just want to take your money.
