They simply write off profits after buying coins on spot or trading futures, claiming that your trades are under risk control, but they can't document anything that I violated. I'm under the impression that it's simply impossible to trade or earn on the XT exchange.

XT froze my funds and linked my account to a third party I do not control
I deposited my own funds and traded normally on XT.
After making a profit, my account was restricted and I was accused of “coordinated trading” and “risk-free arbitrage” with another account that does not belong to me.
I completed full KYC and all requested verification for my own account, including video verification. However, XT is refusing to release my funds unless a third-party account submits video verification.
I have clearly stated multiple times that I am not the owner of the linked account and have no control over whether that user cooperates. Despite this, XT insists on keeping my funds restricted with no timeframe or independent review.
My funds are effectively being held hostage due to the actions of another user. This is unfair, unreasonable, and against basic compliance principles.
I am sharing this experience to warn other users.
Thank you for your response. I have already contacted your support team multiple times and fully cooperated with all requested procedures. However, my account remains restricted because another account, which I do not control and cannot contact, has not submitted video verification.
I have clearly explained that I am not related to this account and have provided all required information from my side. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same response without any practical solution, while my funds remain locked.
I kindly request XT.COM to review my case independently based on my own account verification and trading records, as it is unreasonable to keep my account restricted due to the actions of another user that I cannot influence.
I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and transparently.

A firm exists with a substantial array of scammers who provide falsified documentation suggesting that your investment is perpetually lucrative, while in truth, the funds are being diverted into their accounts. Upon attempting to withdraw your funds, the amount is absent. Fortunately, I expedited the withdrawal of my funds within a few days, after which I terminated my account. Do not allow this company to take advantage of you.

XT.com restricted my account weeks ago under "risk control" excuse, deducted thousands of USDT as "improper profits" with no specific evidence, transaction IDs, or violated rules provided. I appealed multiple times, but no real response or resolution – they just say "we'll get back to you" and nothing happens.
Many other users report the same: frozen funds, unfair deductions after legitimate trading, and endless delays. This feels like a tactic to seize profits. I can't withdraw my remaining balance, and support is unresponsive.

I want to warn other traders about my experience with XT.
I traded the ZENT/USDT contract using only limit orders, opening and closing my own positions. There was high volatility in the market, which I traded normally. Later, XT accused me of “market manipulation” and claimed involvement in some “multiple UID group behavior,” which I have absolutely no relation to.
XT deducted all so-called “abnormal profit” (480 USDT) from my account. I cooperated fully with their requirements:
Recorded multiple verification videos
Showed my identity documents
Showed withdrawal records from my cold wallet (Tangem)
Followed every instruction from customer support
I was explicitly told that after the profit deduction, access to my account and funds would be restored.
However, after all of this, XT imposed a 60-day risk control restriction, during which I cannot withdraw my own deposited funds — funds that have nothing to do with any alleged profit or violation.
This is unacceptable.
If trading volatility with limit orders is a violation, fine — you already deducted the profit. But holding users’ deposits for 60 days after full cooperation looks like fund seizure, not risk control.
Support constantly changes requirements, delays the process, and hides behind vague “internal reviews” with no transparency and no clear resolution timeline.
I strongly advise traders to think twice before using this exchange. If something goes wrong, you may lose access to your funds for months with no real explanation.

On December 25, 2025, my account was subject to risk control. I contacted XT support, provided all the evidence that the account belonged to me, and filmed video evidence, but all they told me was to wait and be patient. Please resolve this issue XT.

Then advising them of this lying about ordering amounts I placed. When I have provided screenshots to prove this is mathematically impossible.
They will make anything up when their system executed wrong sell order amounts.
I have lost money because of them. Stay away from these whatever you do and use a proper platform.

Support responded with general statements about “market orders” and “liquidity risks,” but did not explain the extreme price deviation clearly visible in the chart.

A team that thought they could attract crowds with a few dollars. They succeeded, but unfortunately, they weren't fair. They offered 0.0002 BTC for registering with a referral link, and initially, it was supposed to be just a $100 trade. But of course, it was too easy, and during the promotion, they changed the trading conditions for Trade Futures to $100. I met one condition and waited. I didn't receive the bonus, then, just to be on the safe side, I met the second one. And I didn't receive anything either. Support explained it was first served, but I was first served because the promotion had barely started and I'd already met the requirements. Later, they wrote about some risk assessment, which wasn't carried out in my case. My friends' accounts were banned, and each support person wrote something different. They scammed me. I don't recommend them!

DO NOT TRUST XT.COM – Referral Bonuses NOT PAID, Misleading Rules, and Unfair Practice
I participated in the XT.COM referral campaign “Share $100,000 BTC With Your Friends”, which was advertised to run from August 14 to August 28, 2025. The promotion clearly promised that if invited friends deposited $20 and traded $100, both the inviter and invitee would receive 0.0002 BTC as a reward.
✅ I successfully invited users who strictly completed all required actions within the official campaign period. I personally verified that:
• Deposits were made.
• Trading volume requirements were met.
• No duplicate or fraudulent accounts were involved.
Despite meeting all the conditions, no rewards were paid.
When I contacted support, the answers I received were always the same copy-paste replies:
• “Limited rewards, first-come first-served.”
• “The rewards have already been distributed and cannot be reissued.”
• “We apologize for the inconvenience, please participate in other activities.”
I presented clear evidence showing that:
1. The campaign was still marked as ONGOING until August 28, not ended on August 16 as they later claimed.
2. None of the Terms & Conditions stated that closing trades or finishing earlier would disqualify participants.
3. The “first-come, first-served” excuse was not applied transparently, and no proof was given that my referrals joined “too late.”
Instead of addressing these points, support ignored the evidence and repeated the same scripted sentences. In one reply, after I pressed harder for an explanation, they simply wrote: “Sorry, sir.”
📌 This behavior shows a pattern of:
• False advertising (showing one campaign timeframe but cutting it short without notice).
• Unpaid rewards, even when participants met the published requirements.
• Lack of transparency, as they refuse to provide proof or details.
• Avoiding responsibility, repeating empty apologies instead of solving the issue.
This is unfair commercial practice and damages trust in the platform. Many other users have reported the same issue – rewards not paid, accounts flagged for “risk control,” or being silenced when raising complaints.
I strongly advise everyone: Do NOT trust this platform. Until XT.COM resolves these issues, it cannot be considered reliable or safe.
