xt is scam exchange
Scam exchange! I deposited 2k on 7th of June 2023 and hope to make some money after crypto market dip. After 10 days trading, when I made some money and want to withdraw. XT.com just simply banned my account without reason. I cannot trade, transfer nor withdraw. When I complained to their helpline. They just tell me to submit a ticket which there is never a response, not even a email confirmation. I searched online and many people say they had similar experience and never had their money back. It looks like they ban all accounts that made money and allow you to trade only if you lose money to them. (I have screenshot everything as evidence. )

They steal your money
They steal your money. Allready trying to solve the issue for 7 months cause they froze my account. The support is really bad, late reactions, every time they say the same bull reactions (copy/ paste) i tried to explain to them, they dont listen to a word and again they paste the same bs. Excuses all the time. They react here if i wright a review but that is just for the people to see cause they dont do anything with it. This exchange does not deserve your money, go somewhere else, there are a lot of good ones if you are not one day want to look and you cannot access your money.

Funds disappeared
I only had holdings of one primary crypto on this exchange. 10% of my coins just vanished one day.
I then traded the aforementioned crypto into USDT, and straight back into the crypto as an experiment. I was instantly down about 25%.
As far as I'm concerned, a scam.

Very bad
Very bad! They ban all accounts that actually made money in their exchange and stop you from withdraw by showing that withdraw is under reviewing. I had 5k in the exchange and complained few times in the group chat. After one conversation they just removed me/their client from the group chat.
Worst exchange ever. If you plan to lose money, sure use them. But if you win, you need to know that you can never withdraw.

I have only bad experiences about xt.com.
1- There is no useful customer service. Your complaints hardly ever gets treated.
2- My worst and most painful experience is that most times they hide and delist tokens long before they announce it to the public. A recent example are these coins ( these are all USDT pairs , EVMOS, REN, STRAX, WEMIX, KDA, GOO, RADAR, STAR, FGD, SILO, HERO, XCN, BTCST, PIG, RIF, FITFI, CEL, SUNNY, FET, ) that were hidden and disabled before the announcement was made public thereby trapping my funds. Withdrawal can't work because the placed a large limit on all. Other exchanges give at least a week notice but xt.com usually suspends trade before announcement.
3 - #2 above is meant to always keep you at a loss on this platform.
4 - Is there any place one can officially report this platform to the government or any potent agency ?
