It is a nightmare
I deposited money three days ago and it is nowhere to be seen in the system
I have since spoken to over 4 agents who is just telling me to wait
the app tells you it would take up to two days until the money lands but it is fraud
They are instead just telling me due to the bank holiday I need to wait...this is so frustrating should have stayed at trading 212

Avoid this company. They don’t let you invest if your funds come from a joint bank account (married couple) and now they are playing difficult when I’ve asked to just withdraw my funds. I will now have to waste time getting legal/financial advice on next steps. Thank god I only invested £2k and not tens of thousands!!

I can't invest my money in that platform because it requires me to complete several courses first, which is a bit inconvenient. Also I can't withdraw, they veryficat my accont, evrything is going very slowly they blocking my monay about a week now !!!

You would thank me you saw my review here before transferring cash to this company for any investment accounts with them. It doesn't matter what they say ie a FCA -regulated financial company, they are a typical scammer who will do everything they can to stop you to transfer your own funds out! This indicates UK is not a safe place to invest because the regular FCA allows this company is scamming people

⚠️ Warning — Stay Away from This Company

They kept selling my shares without my consent. CFDs are completely useless, and this company is a joke.

It started off with high-pressure sales tactics — they called me daily until I finally invested. I gave them another chance, thinking the first time was my mistake, but they sold my investment at a loss the very next day!

This happened twice — both times, they sold at a loss. It feels like the system is stacked against you. After reading other reviews describing the same experience, I can confirm they’re true.

Stay away from this company.

The plateform is OK, and it all looks quite perfect when trading there. Problem is : they inflict huge volatilities from time to time, which we DO NOT see on other plateforms (same product traded, same time, same everything). This generates big losses even when stop loss are well set and well before the lows or highs they inflict with those crazy volatilities.

I have no idea how this broker and others are getting popular ! Ridiculous platform and app in my opnion and unprofessional staff and management especially in Dubai branch; they act like they're a broker who holds billions in AUM whereas they're insigficant compared to other well know brokers ! I feel sorry for such brokers to honest

Horrific service from their customer support, the agent I spoke to Ritchel is honestly the worst customer service representative I’ve ever spoken to, she did not at any point want to try and sort out my withdrawal issue but instead repeating herself with generic messages. XTB withdrawals rules are if you withdraw before 1pm you receive your funds the same day. Not only did I request my withdrawal before 1pm, I got in touch the same day to find out where my funds were. I was advised to wait until the end of the day. The following days I was told different pieces of information, it changed to 2-3 days to 5 working days. Yet I requested my withdrawal before the allotted time. They sent my funds in three separate payments instead of altogether, bearing in mind it was less than £100. In total I waited a week for my own funds that they stated I would receive the same business day. I have since requested my account to be closed and my data deleted because this company is truly horrific. I’ve joined IC markets and already have had a better experience!

Broker that you sign up for! They call you right away like scammers, doing everything to get you to deposit money! In the end, when you want to withdraw the money, everyone is unfriendly and they do everything to block your withdrawal of funds! Never use this broker!

They told me that I won an Airdrop and asked me to pay a fee. I payed it and then asked me to pay another fee, then they told me that the wallet was wrong and I had to pay the half of the fee. They don't answer me and now are asking me to pay another fee. I feel totally scammed
