I bought an xTool F2. It is an amazing machine! I used it for about a week, but I found it wasn't a strong enough laser to cut as deep as I needed. I contacted xTool customer service to make sure I was using it properly. They were very helpful, but it turned out I bought the wrong laser. I discussed what my return options were for the F2 to purchase the F2 Ultra, which is about 4x the cost. xTool Customer Support told me I had a window of time to do a return but that there was a restocking fee and I'd have to pay to ship it back. But, if I bought the X2 Ultra first and send them the order number, they would do a full refund and pay to ship it back! I ordered the F2 Ultra and had a full refund within a few days!! The F2 Ultra is even more amazing!!
Bought the appareal printer day 1 came broke they still keep saying after a month they dont have a label for me to return it. How long do you wait before you file a lawsuit they keep taking payments out but won't make this right with me. I have a machine ive never been able to use

I thought id change my review to reflect the experience with Xtool.
They had stock issues with their Australian sector and noted that items were in stock, when they actually werent, and took the whole purchase amount anyway. This was not the correct approach. Since my previous review, they seemed to have worked on their inventory notifications. Which is good.
The Xtool customer service did get in touch and made sure everything was ok when the item was finally delivered, which was nice.

Just ordered my first products from xtool. I made an error on the order. I went through the chat support and was directed to Ian within 1 minute, and within the next 3 minutes he helped fix the order. He immediately understood the issue and immediately made the fix. Such good service.
Was focusing my xtool F1 and the blue light started flickering and then went out completely and the machine started generating a high pitch noise.
I'm thinking okay; call support. They are willing to replace it since it's under warranty, but they won't send me a replacement until they have received the old one and aren't sending a shipping label for the old one for 3-4 days. So I'll be unable to put my logo on any projects I complete over the next two weeks since I was stupid enough to get rid of my old laser engraver.

I bought a used laser and Xtool support has been incredible to work with. Many companies don’t offer support on 2nd hand items but Xtool did!! I will definitely be buying from them in the future!!
I have had the pleasure of working with Xtool to buy 3 lasers and a DTF printer. Not only are these machines top quality they are backed by customer service that is phenomenal ! These representatives work so hard to make sure anything you need is taken care of! With a quick email they will respond quickly , answer any questions you have and take care of anything you need! I have even used the chat feature on the website and they emailed me back after I walked away from the chat and closed it without a resolution! There have two stand out absolutely amazing ladies I have to mention, Shirley & Sarah ! They followed up with all my questions and found quick resolutions for anything I needed. Good Machines are important but Customer service must match the quality product. With Xtool you cant go wrong they have mastered the art of great customer service with fantastic machines!

I purchased an xTool P2S in November and it has been a great machine. I had an issue with the laser tube, but when I contacted support, they were amazing! Very responsive (first reply within 8 hours) and had new parts shipped within 1 day and delivered in 3 days. Celia in support was so very nice, empathetic of my frustration over the issue and pushed to get it resolved quickly. xTool and Celia in support have won me as a lifelong customer. The X-tool S1 is a great machine. I firmly believe one of the best, if not the best, diode lasers on the market. Hi-tech machines like these, however, require support and this is what makes the X-tool exceptional. I experienced a problem with the X-tool and Lightburn, and the X-tool personnel and especially a lady with the name of Cara went out of their way and did everything possible to ensure client satisfaction and that the problem is solved. It gives me huge peace of mind to know that this fantastic machine is supported by friendly, helpful, knowledgeable en professional people.

I have a brand new xtool s1. It was shipped with defective limit sensors. I have had an awful customer service experience. I’ve sent videos and jumped through their hoops. I’m asking for a replacement machine and have been left high and dry with no support. Awful experience

We purchased an xTool P2 for business use. Upon delivery, the unit arrived damaged and had liquid present on and around the machine. We promptly returned the unit and contacted customer support to request information regarding a replacement shipment.
Communication from customer support was inconsistent and did not provide clear timelines or next steps. As a result, we experienced business downtime and financial loss.
After multiple attempts to obtain resolution and without adequate communication, we elected to pursue a chargeback to recover our costs.
We subsequently purchased a comparable machine from another manufacturer and were able to continue operations.
Based on our experience, we recommend that buyers carefully document delivery conditions and communications if any shipping issues arise.
Update- the only thing Xtool was able to offer was a hat t shirt and a bag with their logo on it. A value of $280 dollars they said. To me this was the ultimate slap in the face. If your in America please look at the American made engravers they actually care about thier customers. Get it right the first time second chances these days are rough experiences. And NO xtool will never be a choice for our business they are unreachable and do not consider their customers a priority. Still dealing with them and it's been months. Stay away from this company they don't care.

If I could give zero I would definitely need to make sure you know what you want my wife mistakenly purchased a f2 ultra for our Anniversary because I own xtool machines thinking she was getting me a f1 ultra bundle we call the very next day they made it seem like the exchange was going to be easy once the f2 got here everything they said changed from they were going to give me a return ticket to I need to return it myself so basically they made it feel comfortable till the machine was here didn’t even care that i didn’t want a refund I wanted an exchange
