Extremely poor service. Tried to charge us 150 euros weeks after rental was completed (not for tolls or damage etc but a completely unexplained charge for which they threatened to take legal action if we didn't pay). Also it says on their website that tyres etc are always covered, but they refused to pay for our tyre which was damaged upon collection. Most of what they say on their website is false and misleading. I highly recommend that you do not use this company.

Awful. They use a network of other dealers the one we used, Guerin was appalling they have less than 2 stars on Google reviews. Xtra cars are hard to contact by phone when there is a problem. Their email customer services is unhelpful. We spent 80 EUR on taxis getting to and from one of their stations and the car we booked was not given to us so. Xtra cars did not care and suggested that we take ataxia back to try again. Guerin will not help at all as Xtra cars is a separate online only business with no address (so conveniently no Google reviews) which takes people's money and does not like to deal with problems.
