FedEx messed my order up never got it then called you guys ordered more but you did not send it until the following week when I said I needed it shipped ASAP and they said they would send it out that day And I still never got my money back for the lost product so you have stolen $515.00

As we discussed on the phone a few times already Fedex has lost the package and a claim has been filed for it. The replacement package was shipped out with the same shipping method as the original package (free shipping). Unfortunately expedited shipping was not paid for and not brought to our attention until after the package already left our facility. Your money has NOT been stolen, in fact you were specific and told us not to issue the refund and to issue a replacement order for you and that is exactly what was done to remedy the situation. Absolute unprofessional and horrible experience ! Never make another purchase here! Shipping department did unacceptable job claiming my package to Canadian customs as over$200 Canadian when each parts purchased was $80 usd !!!
Got another almost $100 Canadian !
Explained all this to company and nothing was done !!!! Garbage way to let customers paying to price for unprofessional business practices

We declared the order at the amount you paid for it and they significantly increased it. We provided proof so you could show them on your end as well. Great experience
Friendly staff and they were really responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. Walked me through the process for a maintenance job on a pump that needed attention. They're straight forward and overall a good experience.

I just received a $530 bill from Xtractor Depot for repairing 2 broken necks on 2 condensers. This would have been half the cost at my other glass shop. Taking advantage of loyal customers is a good way to lose them.
