Good Product, Bad Transaction
Ordered a SS Buchner funnel. Good product at a good price. Online order was not smooth. Did not receive an e-mail confirmation of the order. Could not print receipt (for business credit card reconciliation). Called 3 times (and left a message) to confirm order and get receipt. No call back. Funnel showed up one week later.
Update. Issue resolved. Customer Service has reached out and supplied all the necessary paperwork.
