My reason for a four star is due to…is because you haven’t brought back the in person classes.
My reason for a three star is due to you not having in person training. I have been wanting to take the Omni class for over a year now. The pandemic as come to a all time low and the CDC guidelines have calmed down to a point where we could do in person classes. Please bring them back.

great educator and class
i was nervous about learning online since i’m a hands on learner, but having Naytanda as an educator made everything so easy. i felt like i was sitting face to face in a real class with her. this class is worth every penny.

I’m unimpressed that you promote free shipping for orders. But when I go to use that, it doesn’t count for Alaska. I could see if it was international, but we are part of the United States and it could very well be sent USPS for a lot cheaper than what you charge for shipping. Very disappointing. The products are not worth the shipping prices. Will be ordering elsewhere.

I was not receiving any shipping updates until the day the order was supposed to arrive notifying me that the order was going to be 2 days late with no reasoning.
