I ordered from Ebay but realised straight away that double the amount was cheaper so I cancelled the order and reordered double. I requested a refund from the 1st order but was declined because it had been shipped!!!!! In the space of 2 minutes????
Trying to return the 1st order but they are deducting postage !!!!
Tried 3 times to contact them but no reply. Terrible customer service!!
How can Ebay continue to let them trade through them???

i ordered 3 dermol lotions only 2 in the package was delivered reported same to seller and ebay just given the run around,have not received the missing item, poor service from ebay.

Looked too good to be true, the name should have been warning enough. Luckily for Trustpilot, I looked here before I clicked pay

Ordered from eBay and was a terrible experience from start to finish. They sent me the wrong products, ignored all my messages, then when I returned them refused to give me a refund and I had to open a case. This is obviously a very small time operation that doesn't have the staff and infrastructure to offer anywhere near good customer service. Massive risk of losing your money - or stress to get it back. Hard pass on this "company".

Here's another bad review - like many others, order cancelled with no reason given, but hopefully a refund coming. Asked for explanation - no reply. Imagine many thousands of orders paid for in advance, then weeks later, after earning a bit of interest, cancelled and refunded (without interest). Nice job, eh? AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shame I can’t give no stars as one star is too many.
No email confirmation of the order.
Tried calling them; no response.
Have now report to PayPal and General Pharmaceutical Council.

Shocking disregard for their customers. Order 4 days ago. No comms. Today I get a refund notice with no communications what so ever. 1 star is overated!

Product showed in stock, placed order, nothing after a week so I emailed.
No reply to the email, just a refund, hence 1 star.
Otherwise would have been zero if poss.

Placed an order with this pharmacy as the items I wanted showed in stock, few days later with no reply or communication I received a refund email which I am still waiting for. What a shambles of a company, don’t advertise a product as in stock when it isn’t. And if you can’t fulfill it, have the courtesy of informing me. Absolutely horrific. If this is how they operate as a pharmacy I’d be very worried for their patients. Xtreme indeed. Xtremely disappointed!

Haven’t received my order and customer services are ignoring my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SHARKS!!!

Placed an order. Got a confirmation email stating it could take from 3-5 business days to process it, and that I would be notified when the order was ready to be dispatched. 2 days later and nothing...wrote to their email and got no reply. Now suddenly at least got a refund notification. No explanation about the issue...was the product sold out? Weird.

Money taken but then order cancelled with no explanation. Waiting for money to be reimbursed. Unable to contact by their published number. I can only assume that the item is out of stock (it is out of stock on other supplier sites) but when I checked today the item on the web site is still shown as in stock! Poor service and poor communication!!

Well Thank you very much. I ordered and paid for an item waited days for it only to have my order cancelled no reason given.
I received a refund. However poor communication.

These people should be locked up!! proxclin in boots/amazon/superdrug etc £11.80. these people selling for £39.95!!! because there is a shortage of products to treat chicken pox. So rather than help prevent a child suffering, they profiteer from their suffering. I am sure that in now illegal? they should change their name to xtremeprofiteerpharmacy. They also sell on ebay etc

Absolutely terrible, I ordered an item from them that was urgent, I paid for the fastest delivery option so I could receive it the next day. Two days later I haven’t received anything from them so I emailed twice and also messaged them on Facebook. No response from them at all. Luckily I paid through PayPal and will get a full refund.

Such a waste of time. I have purchased an item from the website and it said that it should arrive within 5 business days but I haven’t received anything. They have refunded me only after I have contacted them later.
