I absolutely love my 2 carat oval, half pave moissanite ring and I can't stop looking at it's sparkle, so much so I have now ordered a wedding band to match.

I ordered 10 days ago. Within a few hours I noticed that one of the rings had defaulted to size 4.5. I immediately reached out and heard nothing. Multiple times a day, every day I emailed and messaged their website to attempt to correct the mistake I made. Nothing. No feedback whatsoever. My order still hasn’t been shipped 10 days later so I don’t know. I wanted to love this company but not feeling it right now. Hoping I’m not out hundreds of euro.

Editing this review because since having the ring it has tarnished. Multiple attempts to contact the company and each time not received one reply despite trying all contact methods. Ring was lovely at first now quite disappointed. Also found the exact one on ali express for alot cheaper than they sell them for. Guessing this is a drop shop and they're just boosting the price.

I purchased the 5 stone bridge ring, one of the stones looks like a piece of glass and totally ruins the ring, making it unwearable.
I’ve tried contacting this company many times to give them the opportunity to fix the issue but no response from them.

I deeply regret buying from this company. The earrings were completely unusable—the stems were so thick they couldn’t even fit through my piercings. I reached out and was told how to return them, which I did immediately. Since then? Total radio silence. No refund. No response to emails. Chat is useless. The phone number isn’t even connected. I’m now out $520 and have nothing to show for it. This feels like a complete scam. Do not trust this business.

Considering that I live the otherside of the world to this company,I received my ring within 10 days. XVI kept appearing on instagram and after reading the reviews,I thought I would give it a chance. The ring speaks for itself and sparkles more than a diamond! I was that impressed that I have ordered the Tennis bracelet aswell. Looking forwards to receiving that also.
