My experience with X World Wallet has…

My experience with X World Wallet has been a nightmare. I filed a claim for missing loyalty points 11 days ago, and every day, they assure me it will be fixed "within 24 hours." Yet, here I am, still waiting, with no resolution in sight.To make matters worse, when I called their customer service, the representative had never heard of X World Wallet and claimed to be from NetSpend. After asking for a manager, I was left on hold for 35 minutes with no answers.This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever faced. I strongly advise against using X World Wallet, as their lack of communication and unhelpful support make it difficult to trust them with your loyalty points or personal information.
