Order took waay longer than i…

Order took waay longer than i originally expected it ended up being delayed twice and after rubbish excuses from them i ended up cancelling my order.
Why sell stuff you dont have and if you are going to sell it at least give accurate time frames

Edit - Also they told me because i asked to cancel my order they had put my order on hold but i specifically told them to continue my order the same day, It was due to be shipped on the 15th and because of that issue apparently they had shipped other customers order before mine. BUT after speaking with sooqoo they told me that they have not sent ANY canards for the g99 since returning from the chinese holiday on feb 26 😂

Stay away, no respect for customers !!!

MK7 GTI GRILL LIGHTS

Ordered the MK7 GTI grill lights that do not fit the grill unless you have the model with lighting package. Had to buy new grill to use them and customer service is terrible. Emailed for 2-3 weeks back and forth until they finally decide to say it’s the wrong dept. was supposed to be Christmas present that cost us more money and months long back and forth, description needs to tell customers the truth.

Great carbon fiber console

While the part took quite a while to get to me, it was worth the wait. I purchased the carbon fiber center console for my first gen (2018) BMW X3 M40i. The fitment was perfect and it looks really great. Well worth the $ spent.

I ordered the LCI retrofit headlights…

I ordered the LCI retrofit headlights for my BMW F22 from Twenty Two Tuning, and I’m extremely satisfied. The fitment was excellent, everything installed without any issues. The build quality looks great, and the headlights work perfectly.

Communication with the seller was also very smooth and helpful, with quick and friendly responses. The shipping to Germany was completely trouble-free and fast.

Overall, I’m genuinely impressed and can highly recommend both the headlights and the seller.

The part was nice

The part was nice, the only problem was the shipping, the wrong grill got shipped out, they gave me a call tag and paid to ship the incorrect part back. The only problem was they wouldn’t ship the new one out until they got the original one back, I even tried to get them to charge me for another grill and just credit me for the original one once they received it back. They said they couldn’t do that, so I waited over a month for the new grill to arrive. It was a customers car and I ended up losing almost 1000$ on the job as I had to pay for her rental car until I got the grill and reinstalled her bumper.

Got a local body shop to install, rear diffuser and front splitter, and they look amazing, and compete the car
Customer service were really helpful and kept us up to date and the items arrived in perfect condition and fit the car really well.

• Shipped on July 7
• Delivered on July 19
• On July 21, you reported the exhaust tips were the wrong size — the original order was for a 60mm inlet, but you needed the 67mm M Performance version

We accepted your exchange request on July 22, but the return package wasn’t handed to FedEx until August 14, and it arrived with us on August 22.

Your replacement item was released the next day (August 23) and shipped on September 2.

We understand delays are frustrating, and we apologise for how long the process has taken. While the delay in returning the item contributed to the timeline, we’ve done our best to assist with the exchange and ensure the correct product reaches you.

You Drop shipped me the wrong…

You Drop shipped me the wrong headlights and then you expected me to ship the headlights back to you because of your lack of customer service and website mistakes, your company should be ashamed of your service and should be punished accordingly for the scamming you fabricated on your website!

Don't believe the photos, not as discribed

Ordered a carbon wing for 2023 R8, confirmed prior to ordering that the wing was an OE replica and would work on the car. The wing that arrived is significantly taller than shown in the photos on the website. Easily 4+" taller and makes the car look like Fast and Furious poser. Company refuses to send the correct wing stands and instead offers a new wing that looks totally different. Installing this wing required drilling holes in the deck lid, meaning I can't just return the wing and go back to stock either. Very disappointed that this wing was advertised falsely. All I want is the correct height wing stands that it was supposed to come with!
