worst service i have experienced. i did a rating and they got this deleted from trustpilot. Even though it was genune and correct. They contacted me to sort my issue but i am not suprised they keep promosing stuff which they actually cant deliver.
so i still suggest dont buy kitchen from them it is a drama. All they do is take the money until that point the service is great after that there is no service at all.

I would like to file a complaint. It's about order number WMVE7X. We bought this rug, but we had to wait for the delivery. Once delivered at home we saw that the color didn't match with the color in the store. We called your customer service and explained the situation. The employe told us that we could come to the store to return the rug without any problems.
Once we got in the store (which we had to drive more than half an hour) the employe that helped us was very rude. He told us that we could not return the rug under any circumstances and was very rude about it. He told us to leave and didn't want to help us.
We are very disappointed in your service, especially because we buy a lot at your store. We also bought a closet that we are waiting for the delivery. If this is how you treat customers this is the last time we ever buy something at your store. It's just really rude.
We still want to return the rug. The package is complete, we have the receipt, everything is perfectly okay so I don't see a reason why we can't return it?
If you don't take it back we are going to take further steps. I would like to hear from you soon.

I ordered a WMF pan set and within 6 months one of the pan started to lose its non-stick coating. When I emailed them about it, they asked me to return the entire set. Now more than 5 months have passed I have neither received refund, nor the panset and have not heard from them.
Whenever I send an email I get the same response that they are currently working to find a solution and ask for my patience which is actually losing my patience.
very very disappointing.

Never ever!!!!! I waited for 4!!!!!! Months for the delivery and when my wardrobe came at last - i found out that the half of the parts were missing. Awful service! Awful quality! My worst case with furniture that i ever had!

I have ordered and paid for two beds (and more) for children on 17th of March, that was three months ago. Expected delivery was end of June. With a lot of arguing we got a part of delivery and said ok the rest we will wait until the end of June. Today, expected delivery date changed to end of August/ September and sadly that is not the worst part. If someone else makes order today, expected delivery is 5 days! Would anyone like to order with this sort of company?

->Now, I'm pretty sure that they will respond to this review by saying contact us via kommunikation'at'xxxlutz.de email, to again they will not respond.
It is really very tiresome communication which is hampering daily personal/professional work as well.
Feel like donating them back whatever they have delivered till now.

ich kaufte die Küche aus dem Internet bei XXXLutz, sie lieferten mir die deffekte Küchen Arbeitsplatten und änderten sie trotz 3 Wochen nicht.Ich habe diese Situation oft telefonisch gemeldet, die ich viele Male E -Mails gesendet habe.
Ich warte immer noch darauf, dass der Küchen Arbeitsplatten geändert wird.
Ich bedaure, eine Küche von xxxlutz gekauft zu haben.

I bought a bedroom set and kids bed. While the quality of the bedroom furniture was good, the kids bed, especially the lower one should have a proper slating frame. The original packing came with 3 pieces and the bed keep braking. I had to buy extra wood pieces to fix it.
Also, the assembly wasn't very clear when there are identical pieces in the packing. Tagging such wood pieces will make life easier

I ordered a couch and a bench from them in the end of March 2022. The couch had an original delivery date of 6-7 weeks.( for mid-May)( which was one of the main reasons we ordered it.)
Two days after our order, they emailed us that the couch will arrive possibly in early June 2022.A couple of days ago, we got another email telling us it will be delivered possibly in mid June 2022.
Even now on their website, it states that if you order that same couch, it would take them 6-7 weeks to deliver!
The stool we ordered (6-7 weeks original delivery time) will probably be delivered at the end of June.( I received an email from the company)
We do not want to take the decision to cancel the two orders.
The company needs to be honest on delivery times promised from the start.

Received an email from the company that our couch is further delayed and will be “probably delivered “ in the end of June.
Update on June 9th:
We cancelled our order. We received the refund within 3 working days.
Note: In all interactions with the company, the customer service employees were outstanding. Of course there was nothing they could do to change the situation but they were always friendly, professional and always as helpful as they could.

PATHETIC!!!!
I had placed an order online for kitchen on 27th March 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered in 6 working days but we did not receive the item even after waiting almost a month.
Tired of calling and writing emails (to which they never reply) I finally cancelled the order on 29-April-2022 and till today I have been following up on the refund of money but I get no reply.
I have never experienced such pathetic customer service. I would recommend who ever reads this comment, please do not buy anything from XXXLutz. They are big scammers and make fool out of people. I wish I had read the comments out here before placing my order. I regret placing my order with xxxLutz.

This is really very bad furniture company.
We had ordered a sofa from XXXLutz on 13.04.2022 and next day we want to cancel our order because same day our builder told us that he has to change the size of one wall due to noise was going to other apartments.
But XXXLutz said they can't cancel our order and we have to buy something else with same price.
This is really like cheating with customer and i will never ever going to buy anything from this store.

I ordered three ceiling lights, they all came in, with little problems wit delivery but not XXXLutz problem. Problem starts when I discover one delivery was damaged in transit. I try writing and asking if I can send the item back for replacement but no reply for several days. I saw that the item came with return papers with option to request replacement and tick that and send it back. Several days later, still no reply on complain, but suddenly I see the ammount refunded on my account. I made the purchase with discount and if I want to purchase it again, I need to pay 50% more this time. I wonder if they give discounts only to push damaged items... I give two stars because I got two other items, but the way they ignore complaints is appalling!
